Intimation by mr chefs delivery driver with his foot in my property at front door yelling at me over a miss understanding with the order. Absolutely discrace. Not to mention probs against the law. Never again 😒

Wrong curry I asked for chicken breast korma and u sent a spicy curry which I couldn't eat

Food was an hour later than stated it would be ( 2 hours from ordering) calzone was super dry , cakes ordered were Ferraro Roche and a caramel cheese cakes . 2 Biscoff cheese cakes were delivered instead . Then the icing on the cake is the angry delivery driver phoning me after he delivered my food to have a go at me for chasing my delivery that was an hour late . Really poor experience and wont use again.

My order had bits missing, no poppadoms am i asked f9r Pepsi i got pepsi msx, i phoned all i got was voice mail.

Was cold by time got here and containers we all bashed , need to re think containers

Disappointed With Part Of My Order Which Was Meant To Be Roast Spring Chicken But Was Actually Very Small Brick Hard Pieces Of Chicken Which Were Put Straight In The Bin As They Were Inedible.

When placed order it said it would be 1 hours, after 1hr and 30 mins i called the takeaway to ask if it had left yet to be told it was just put into the heat bag and they are waiting on the driver returning which was fine. Food didnt arrive till a further 45 mins so 2hrs 15mins and was luke warm verging on cold as it had obviously sat in the heat bag for 40 mins as it is only a 5 mins drive to deliver. Very disappointed as i had checked the reviews before ordering and they were very good. Hopefully this was just a one off but very annoying after waiting so long and then the food be verging on cold.

Food was so greasy its a hit or a miss with Mr Chef, this was definitely a miss and the last time trying.

Missing pakora unfortunately.

Use Mr Chef once/twice a week. Over last few weeks orders have had the odd item missing, cans of juice, poppadoms etc, nothing major so never complain. Tonights order however was missing the rice which you kinda need. I phoned to complain and guy on phone obviously thought hed covered the mouthpiece telling his coworkers there was definitely rice in that order!. Why would I take the time out of my Saturday night to phone them up about missing rice if it wasnt missing??!! Really quite annoyed tbh and yes they did turn up with the missing rice about 15mins later. Delivery driver was so apologetic but not his fault. Im a regular customer, why would I make it up that the rice was missing! Quite honestly a wee bit peeved with guy on the phone!

After 6 months without having a takeaway I decided to treat myself to a mr chef Egyptian kebab.Over the years Ive had quite a few so I knew what to expect.The kebab arrived quite fast but I was disappointed on the quality of the Nan bread it didnt have that fresh out of the oven quality that it would usually have ,alsothe lamb was very tough.It seems like mr chef on this occasion has lost the magic on preparing that special kebab.Mabey Ill try in a couple of months to see if it was just a disappointing one off

I ordered 2 x 16" Grill boxes and 1 16" munchy box for home delivery for 7pm for a birthday party. They didn't arrive until nearly 7.30pm. Most of the food was cold or lukewarm. Nearly half the boxes were chips. The donner meat, which there wasn't much of, looked like it had been lying for sometime, it was very thin and crisp as if it had been lying overnight. Overall very disappointed and unlikely to order again 😡

Decided to treat myself to a kebab... absolutely shocking! Dry stale pitta that hadnt been warmed up under a handful of stone cold, hard, dried out tiny leftover bits of meat and my 'salad' of a sprinkle of cabbage nothing else just topped it. Inedible.

The order is almost an hour late, the fries are not fried - almost the entire carton, not fried, the meat will never order anything from you anymore and I will advise my friends not to order food from you !!!!!

Meal I had delivered was cold could not eat it . Desserts were Terrible definitely not worth the money. Total waste of £13.50. worst meal I've ever had from here, possibly the last.

I'm absolutely disappointed with the food i ordered , it took 2 hours from ordering till it getting delivered, once it arrived it was all cold and you could tell it had been cooked and left to sit around before being sent out, i paid good money for my food to turn up atleast warm , but this is a flaming joke i would like this looked into as soon as possible, this is simply not good enough my familys dinner was ruined and it turned up at supper time which is appalling me and my kids were hungry for hours its simply not good enough.

The food arrived 1.5hours after it had besn confirmed by mr chef. It arrived luke warm and burbt. The poppadoms and naan bread were both inedible due to how hard and burnt they were. The desserts provided were a complete disgrace. The cheesecake base was comoletely soggy and taste off and the nutella cookie stack was non existent, instead we were provided with a tupperware full of smashed up bit of random cakes which were only fit for the bin. So disappointed

Im a regular customer of mr chef and I was really disappointed that the food arrived cold again.I understand the shop is really busy and the drivers too but when you wait over a hour for your food and it comes nearly stone cold its such a disappointment. Mr Attercliffe Avenue
