The food was ok but only slightly warm when it arrived so we had to reheat it in the microwave. The chips for the mushroom omlette were missing too which was pretty disappointing. We had to wait over an hour and 40 mins for it to arrive and if Id known before we ordered it would be such a long wait I wouldnt have bothered as wed lost our appetite after such a long wait. In hindsight Next time Ill just pay cash and order somewhere more local so delivery is quicker and its hot. Good try but not for us.

Chips were soggy & no flavour. Prawn crackers were chewy like theyd been left open.

Square pieces of chicken was very off putting. Chips were not fresh. Not the best. Family couldn't eat it.

The meal took longer to arrive than usual. The fried rice was overcooked and the meat dishes were dry and a bit tasteless. It's the first time I've been disappointed with a meal from this restaurant, hopefully it will be a one off!

Food was delivered an hour late from when when I asked for it to be delivered. Bearing in mind I placed the order at 4:35 for delivery at 5:50.Food arrived and was luke warm, the rice was dry and hard.Overall a poor experience and as this isnt the first time, weve decided to find a new Take Away as we are so disappointed with New 2.

Had to take a walk after the meal.Not because of eating too much just found the only good part of the meal was the fried bamboo shoots andvwith that all i felt sicky.. i wont be orfering takeaway food again. Sorry

Meat products in munchy box was amazing but the salt and pepper chips were very very greasy zero crunch and just soggy , and to say there was 90%of the box chips was a bit let down

Felt the Chicken Satay was well undercooked, slimy texture to the chicken which was not good. The rest was average at best.

Send me the wrong chicken dish. Not happy wont be back

Firstly I should have cancelled as delivery time was estimated 1hr 40 mins and I was hungry and delivery was around that. The Chicken and mushroom fried rice was just that small shreds of chicken if you could find that and my first time trying salt n pepper chips ruined. Soggy sodden chips bottom like mush with some onions and scattered pepper. I had visions of crispy chips with some coating even and flavour at least.

The sweet & sour chicken cantonese style was very disappointing, definatly not what we expected & not a single piece of veg in the dish. Will not be back

Food arrived on time, however overall quality was very poor. Tray of rice and sauce was literally a full container of packed in rice with a tiny amount of sauce. A chicken wing when bitten into was black on the inside!

They was really busy so the food was cold but they said I can get it again half price

Order was updated and expected to take 1 hour and 40 minutes which is a long time to wait, i decided to wait for the order. It took an extra 30 minutes to come and didnt arrive til about 9:35 when I ordered it at 7:20. When the food came it wasnt hot and not up to the standard expected especially waiting that long for it.

Waited hours! Then when it came wasnt worth the wait.

Beef didnt look edible. Chicken curry was nice! Saint and pepper wings where really gd! Chips where tasty but beef not so gd!Mixed review to be honest was good and not so good! Would recommend chicken rather than beef!!

We waited over 2 hours for our food 45 minutes longer than estimated time, food no where near as nice as previous orders will not use again
