The sweet & sour chicken cantonese style was very disappointing, definatly not what we expected & not a single piece of veg in the dish. Will not be back

I ordered from New 2 Good a week ago and they called me to advise that my order was going to be 2 hours for delivery as they were so busy and gave the option to cancel which I did. This is the first time a restaurant has contacted me like this so top marks for customer service. I ordered last night and the delivery was prompt and the food was delicious as always. The best Chinese takeaway in my area by a country mile.

Ordered a chicken curry, fried rice, chips and bbq spare ribs. Plenty chicken in the curry. The only issue was the ribs, tastes fine, but the sauce is lighter and slightly running, compared to normal bbq sauce

Great meal as always.

Food arrived on time, however overall quality was very poor. Tray of rice and sauce was literally a full container of packed in rice with a tiny amount of sauce. A chicken wing when bitten into was black on the inside!

They was really busy so the food was cold but they said I can get it again half price

Always amazing

Order was updated and expected to take 1 hour and 40 minutes which is a long time to wait, i decided to wait for the order. It took an extra 30 minutes to come and didnt arrive til about 9:35 when I ordered it at 7:20. When the food came it wasnt hot and not up to the standard expected especially waiting that long for it.

Waited hours! Then when it came wasnt worth the wait.

Best food ever, won't go anywhere else now.

Delivery was delayed but tbh the food was that good and came piping hot with big portions that we werent even fussed itd taken longer.
