It didnt have a lot of taste

The Muncie box was overloaded with chips, the spare ribs felt as though that had been over cooked or reheated

My order has still not arrived

The app said one hour it was nearly two hours for our food to be delivered. We had to reheat each item.

I won't use again

Food was not as it should be, batter was soggy

Over 2.5hrs for order. Called and was told orders from their own app get prioritised first. Food was hot when eventually came but by that time too late and we struggled to eat it

Took over 90 minutes to deliver

Food was ok, however 2hrs 30min to wait on delivery. If Id known it was going to be so long I wouldnt have ordered. They said 2hrs max so not happy

Delivery was an hour late and food was cold when it eventually got here

Called 2 times, food that was ordered at 20:21 , no order showed at all ! Disgrace! Have complained and have sent enquiry for a refund

Cant give good review unfortunately. Wrong order, was thin noodles with chicken got thick noodles without any chicken, just onions and bean sprouts. It tasted fine but was wrong. Usually perfect. Everything else was ok so just ate it as didnt want wife eating hers while I wait for a redelivery. Hopefully one off.

Waited for 3 hours and take away did not arrive even after restaurant advising it was on the way! Absolute joke

Our food took 2 hours to arrive. The prawn crackers were awful. The chips werent good. The chicken fried rice was solid. Only thing I enjoyed was the prawn toast and satay sauce. Incredibly disappointed as we use this takeaway regularly. Waste of £25, no one finished their meal this evening.

Order regular and tonight was not really good at all very dry thinking its been reheats couldnt eat it

Food took 75 minutes to arrive, it was luke warm and the order was made wrong. Will not be ordering from this takeaway ever again.

Only getting refund for chicken curry but full £27 order basically ruined with the curry sauce not very good service for that

The food wasnt that hot but we were hungry and food did taste lovely just a shame it wasnt that hot plus the salt&pepper chips container was open ?

We were sent the wrong order we had asked for crispy shredded chicken in sweet chilli sauce and got sent salt & pepper chicken, the food tasted good but not what we asked for
