Ordered plain noodles but when they arrived they were nippy like they had something spicy put in them. I emailed Scoffable to complain about this got informed the place was going to check it out as it shouldnt have came like that but still not happy as I bought them specifically for my wee one as its the only thing she eats from a Chinese and these were usually the best ones about, but think she has been put off them now.

I'm as well nipping to asda n buying a microwave meal. That's pretty much what I got. Ordered a duck curry and crispy chicken at 20 past 5 it was at my door for 25 to 6. The shop is a 10 min drive away. Could not eat the duck it was like chewing a boot. Will not be back

Wait time 1hr 10 minutes delivery time 1hr 20 minutes food cold when did arrive ordered chicken fried rice it was taste less and more like chicken stew as it was drenched in gravy never said it came with gravy or would not have ordered

Since its opened back up from short closure the food has changed not the same as it used to be which is a big let down as was a great Chinese now food is mediocre with no flavour upsetting to say the least

Really poor.. beef slimy and not the same as always. Pork didn't taste right at all.. I use this takeaway regularly but after the latest i will be heading elsewhere..

Took over two hours to come. Chios were stale and cold. Absolutely disgusting

Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. Item missing and called straight away. Writing this 1.5 hours since the call and still nothing at door. Last time with this place.

Some of the food was cold and other part just warm when it eventually arrived. Wait time was terrible over 2 hours

Took 3 hours for delivery. Food was luke warm and soggy. Called at the 2 hour mark to be told it was out for delivery. Called again at 3 hour mark to be told the same. Delivery came about 10 minutes after the 3 hour mark.

2.5 hour wait appreciate it was xmas eve but no indication of this length of wait at ordering and feels like they should have just not accepted the order.Food very average and barely warm when received. A sauce pot had broken and spilled all over the starters too.

Hi had my 85 year old neighbour over for christmas eve dinner had to help him home with a sandwich so he could take his tablets. It is now over 3 hours since we ordered. Been asked to leave a review after not even get our food yet.

sorry but they were obviously very busy and short on drivers . poor guy got lost so when we did get it it was basically cold and unappitising. mostly went in bin I appreciate it was maybe lovely when it left restaurant but im being honest .

ordered at 7 oclock came 2 and a half hours later. got given compensation extra food and it was basically empty and crumbs. this is extremely disappointing and will never EVER order from this restaurant again.
