Fried rice container was only half full. 8 pieces of chicken in the curry. Didnt taste all that great either

I honestly dont know what that was masquerading as egg fried rice,stodgy,burnt,Gloop more like.Rice was disappointing to say the least ,Beef and chicken curry was ok,but it seems like Im getting more onions and less chicken and beef every time.When I see bad egg fried rice,I know Im not going to enjoy my meal.

Food was good but delivery was an hour late, said it got delivered when it wasnt, phoned the Chinese and they said they were waiting on the driver and still no sign so phoned again 40 minutes later and it was only just leaving the Chinese. Customer service was poor as was no apology and seemed like they wasnt sure what was going on. Last time I ordered from this place the delivery guy didnt chap the door just left the food outside.

Portion sizes have been reduced hardly any meat in the beef curry and spare rip portion is poor. Overpriced for what you get.

Hate leaving this as the Golden Wok is my fav takeaway treat! However food arrived luke warm (not overly an issue on its own) but the sweet and sour sauce had burst open and had soaked through all the bagged foods which disintegrated as we were trying to get them out of the bag. The fried rice container was bashed and the top was then open and so there was basically a plastic bag with our food loose soaked in one of the sauces all at the bottom. Not a restaurant issue but definitely a delivery issue.

Nearly an Hour late. Im Diabetic, i take insulin at least 30 minutes before i eat, my order was booked for 6 30 pm, would prefer 5.30 or 6 but that option wasnt available. Arriving at nearly 7 30 is shocking, to say the least. The last thing i need is to go into a Diabetic coma !! Golden wok is the best Chinese in town so i will order again but golden wok really need to improve on their delivery timing.

Not the best Ive had from here if Im honest hate leaving bad reviews for places but by the time I got the food the chips were mushy at the top the bottom fell out of the packet cause the condensation on the bag, the food in general just wasnt very hot when it arrived just didnt enjoy this at all this time round.

Waited 2 hours for food. After 1 hr 20 mins called to see how long it would be and the girl said oh we will just start making it 🙈 I mean if I hadnt called when would they have made it

2hrs 10 minutes wait is unacceptable- stated 1 hr 30 mins. We phoned to ask where delivery was stating we had waited all this time to be told they were just making it

How anyone can send out burnt springrolls i dont know.

Food was stale. Specifically asked for no chicken balls in my munchie box I got a box of chips and chicken balls. The box was supposed to contain ribs and spring rolls I had none was just chips and chicken balls.
