They take orders online knowing fine well they are busy and can't deliver on the time you are given or choose. 50mins late after 2 phone calls to Golden Wok and a complaint made to Scoffable. If your busy take yourself offline until you catchup with orders, it's not rocket science.

Poor quality of food, it didnt taste fresh. I left 3/4 of my portion as it was not eatable. Plus prawn crackers were moist and not fresh either. 2years ago when I was living in Bathgate it was the best Chinese place to order from. Very disappointed and I will not order from them again.

Order took over and hour and a half to arrive. Food was low quality and barely warm.

Had better. The rice and curry sauce had a really foul smell which put me off everything. Some of the order was missing. Requested 2 changes as no menu options for what I wanted. 1 request was changed fine, other was ignored which doesnt make sense as its been done before with no issues.

Ive had bad currys before but the curry from this place was really just unpalatable

Ordered a munchy box, most misnamed product ever, couldnt eat it as the ENTIRE box of food was covered in a thick layer of salt, tried to rub the salt off but impossible, called the takeaway immediately and was told by the counter assistant that she only worked the till and not in the kitchen when I complained about the order and the amount of salt on it, I said they could call and collect it to prove my point, she said she would tell the manager and took my number but no call back. I expect a refund as the product sold was not fit for consumption.
