Food was ok not worth waiting 4 HOURS! For a delivery though.Every time I tried to contact them it went to answering machine it was like they turned the phone off! Clearly not a well run business in my opinion not bad if your willing to wait 4 hours for food. I would have cancelled my order if I hadnt already paid it beforehand! Will never order here again

I have still not received my order, after over 3 hours

Food was OK. Delivery was a joke. We order the food and scoffable announce that it will take an hour and 20 minutes to deliver. That was a lie. We waited an hour and a half and we phoned the golden wok. They apologise but by the time they delivered had been over 2 hours of waiting.

After a strenuous 2 hour and 20 minute wait I was annoyed to find not only was my entire food cold, it was also burnt at the same time, this is very disappointing and miles from what I was expecting from this restaurant.Waste of money

After terrible service last year we decided to give it another try ! 2 hour wait on delivery and cold on arrival wont be back .

Really enjoy the food but the delivery times are horrendous. Like 2hrs and I only live 5 mins away.

Half empty portions and missing food

I waited for 2.5 hours for the meal, when it arrived the curry sauce was full of lumps, the chips were hard and clearly reheated and the chicken balls were soggy, i appreciate its Hogmanay and they're busy but it was terrible and went in the bin.

Ordered a collection arrived on time and was told they forgot to put the order through and to come back, came back later and took food home to find it was freezing cold and also missing our rice very disappointing

Picked for delivery to be at 6.10......its now 8.20 ans I am still waiting

Was great , no much taste to it but gutted as this place is my favourite

Disgusting lemon chicken, chicken tastes like was days old, batter was stale...... Even my dog wanted no part of it, never again!!

Tasteless and wasnt fresh.

First time I had used golden wok and wont be using again food was freezing then it got here , very disappointed n very hungry when it eventually arrived 😩
