Absolutely awful service. After waiting about an hour and a half, a cold meal was dumped on the doorstep before the driver ran back to his car. The order was incomplete and was missing a main dish. We tried calling over 30 times but no one picked up. Only when Scoffable got involved a £5.00 refund was offered. Please do not use this takeaway they dont deserve to serve the public. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Order a meal . Its comes without the rice .. That person on the phone, She said SHE WOULD SEND IT UP IN 10 mins, 20 mins later i called back to be told ive presume u didnt want it as you were unhappy she so dam rude.. so u can eat your chicken satay on its own!! Well seeing they had your money.. Call again for a refund..2nd time shes put the phone down RUDE!! Would i Use AGAIN.... NEVER!!

Ordered over 3 hours ago. Waiting time said 1hr 30mins... Still not here!

Terrible took over 2 hours to come order wasnt correct and it was cold chips were mushy and did not have a breast of chicken it was chicken pieces

Food was okay.. Despite putting in special requests for some ingredients to be removed, the takeaway completely ignored those instructions again.. this cant keep happening :/

Took 3 hours to get here turned their phones off was about to order another one as i had a 5 year ild son waiting for his dinner for it to come and taste like out of date kids playdoh probly how the wee man ate some wouldnt even feed it to the annoying cats the neighbour has

Order was late order was wrong could not get in touch with them contacted Scoffables then someone came with the order we had originally ordered would not order from here again

I ordered as i previously have through the app with a confirmation and delivery time sent via email. The hour delivery came ans went and 20mins after the deluvery time i took it upon myself to call the takeaway. They told me the order had been missed and would be cooked and delivered asap but this effected family plans and i couldn't help but wonder if it would have gone completely unnoticed if id left it longer to call. As a frequent customer it was disappointing on this occasion.

Over two hours for food to arrive kids were asleep by that time. No apology from the driver and store number doesnt work to find out what was happening with my order.

Scoffable stated delivery in 1hr 20 minutes so after 1 hr 30 I phoned to to told apologetically that the order was being made up and on its way but they were very busy .......another 35 minutes later I had to call again to be told it was with the driver who was on route . Another 10 minutes later my food order arrived 2 hours 25 mins since the order Chips were cold but the food was tasty ( mind you we were very hungry by this time )

A two and a half hour wait despite being told twice it would be 10 minutes. Food was obviously freezing when it arrived!Asked scoffable for a refund but they have said the take away might want the food back..

Food took 2hrs. Item missing and soup astoundingly bland. Refund given.
