Food took a long time to come then it was freezing on arrival!

We ordered at 17.48 got told 45 minutes waiting and never got delivered till 19.55 tried phoning was going on to answer machine and other number was always engaged getting so fed up with it might need to find another chinese

Waiting two and hes die delivery , and switching phones off and taking off line not knowing whats going on a call to someone doesnt take much

Gave up on the delivery after waiting almost two hours for the food to arrive. Ended up going to collect it and they fiddled us out of part of the delivery charge! Food is good but service is shocking, will not order again.

Have used many times, usually ordering pretty much the same, Honey Chilli Chicken was disgusting tonight, can't understand how their food can vary so much, last meal was great.

Found a leaf in my munchie box! ReallY not happy tried to call restaurant and no answer waste of money food went in bin...

Food was good enough, but due to the takeaway delivery driver having an car accident it took 2 hours for delivery (hope no one got hurt). The food did arrive warm, but had been sweating inside a plastic bag for 20-30 mins or so. This meant the chips and spring rolls were pretty soggy. It has to be said, we have used this restaurant before and all was ok. Communication could have been better. Even if the delivery driver would have avoided the accident, the delivery would still have been 1hr and 30mins. Thats too long to wait when you order delivery.

it tasted totally different tonight to what it usually does

Order sent with dry noodles instead of chicken chow mein and no juice sent, takeaway closed when called as soon as it was delivered. So I basically paid £16 for prawn crackers as I didnt eat the dry noodles.

Very little chicken in the curry, chips were over cooked. Order was late.

After waiting 2 hours for it half of it went in the bin as i wasnt in the mood to eat it by the time it came and that was after two phone calls to them they only had one delivery driver on as well

Incorrect dish, my vegetarian dish was incorrect so had to wait over 2hours from ordering.By the time it was delivered the other meal was not warm, overall not impressed.

Sorry to say but We threw the entire meal in the bin. The chicken and sweetcorn had lots of chunks of garlic through it...couldnt eat it, all could taste was garlic. The crab was dry and rubbery and the prawn crackers were greasy.

We found a fly in our soup and the chow main was freezing in the middle as if it had came straight from from fridge to the microwave me and my PREGNANT partner ended up with food poisoning wont be back

We waited 1hour 30 minutes for our order and when it came it was wrong order was 2 chicken chips and gravy and 1 ham fried rice when it came the chicken chips and gravy was right and we got a chicken and ham fried rice so my husband had fried rice for dinner as he doesnt like chicken and it was all through his ham so not to pleased think i might need to be looking for a new chinese place to eat from

Waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery , called shop to be told only 1 delivery driver working order will be with you shortly. Food arrived 15 minutes later cold. Not happy with service, also £4.10 just for delivery will be using somewhere else in future.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery despite being told it was on its way a couple of times.

Got the Double Happiness which wasn't as good as before. Duck was very fatty and chicken was lacking flavour

order was sent to the wrong address despite the correct address being entered, and when i eventually received my order half of it was missing.

The notes i left with my order werent followed and meal had to go in the bin.

The Lemon chicken tasted very bland and was really stringy. Not enjoyable at all.

Ordered chips & curry and asked for lots of curry sauce. Guy couldnt speak a single word of English and clearly cant read either when asking for lots of curry sauce on my chips and curry order they thought I meant no curry sauce and preceded to send me a metal tray with dry chips in it. Phoned to ask them to rectify and the guy started shouting at me that they wouldnt be doing anything because I was the one that asked for no curry sauce. Who orders chips and curry then asks for no sauce! Complained to Scoffable money reimbursed. Dont order from these guys honestly the worst customer service pot luck if they get your order right and if they dont be prepared to have thrown your money away. We Never use this place again. Would urge others not to. Peking in Armadale is far better only used this place cause they took card.

Took a long time to come. We never got a forecast delivery. When ir did come it was nothing special and not too hot.
