Food was freezing and dry what a waste of money

Chicken was raw and chewy. Contacted scoffable who contacted Golden Wok on my behalf and was told that the chicken could not have been raw and cooked to the highest standard and can contact myself. Ridiculous response.

Have been trying this place now as my usual has really dropped in standards whilst hiking the prices up to unrealistic prices. Can't fault this place for its delivery service, delivering tasty dishes with plenty of menu choices,and at more realistic and affordable price. fortune cookies add a nice final touch .well done golden wok!

Waited an hour and 40 minutes and the Food arrived stone cold, had to warm everything. Passed this onto the restaurant and they refused a refund saying it wasnt possible as the food left the restaurant shortly after being prepared. Bad customer service, wont be ordering again.
