Never normally leave a bad review but our food was cold and very bland, wont bother oredering from there again

We've used this takeaway quite a few times, and it's either very good, or very bad. Tonight, it took 1hr 42mins to arrive (it estimated an hour), and the food was cold when it arrived - which isn't usual, so we think it had been sat around in a car for a while. The chips also didn't have any curry sauce, again this is unusual.

Portion size poor, 6 pieces of meat in the dish, chicken grilled when advertised as crispy. Avoid the double happiness, used to be amazing and has gone down hill

sorry they totally missed my bq chicken wings but we did not phone as the rest would have got cold . . the munchy box was kind of poor if im honest . it felt like it all tasted same

Got wrong order

Very Slow delivery. The "Double happiness" menu item was awful, with small portions of meat swamped in rice with a thimbleful of sauce. The duck had just sloppy skin and no meat. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The Chicken Maryland was also dry and hard, like it had been cooked weeks ago and reheated. This was the last time we will be buying from this place.

They missed off to items off our order and when I phoned they sends items but took over half an hour to get them

Beef curry had no flavour and was very runny not worth the money

Dirty/old oil used to fry the chips and chicken.

2 bones found in beef and mushroom plus also what looked like a black pubic hair. Portion sizes very small for the cost.First time ordering from here and wont be back.

Chicken was raw and chewy. Contacted scoffable who contacted Golden Wok on my behalf and was told that the chicken could not have been raw and cooked to the highest standard and can contact myself. Ridiculous response.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes and the Food arrived stone cold, had to warm everything. Passed this onto the restaurant and they refused a refund saying it wasnt possible as the food left the restaurant shortly after being prepared. Bad customer service, wont be ordering again.

The chicken in the curry tasted off. We didnt risk eating it and binned it

I am absolutely appalled by the munchy box i received firstly it took 2 hours to arrive, when it arrived the box was soaked, half full and freezing cold.We were missing have the items( including the meat of the ribs) and the box was only half full95% of the box was unseasoned soggy chips with melted sauce tubs ruined our saturday tried to phone but no answer

Beef curry was disgusting. My husband couldn't eat it as the beef was terrible quality was unedible.
