Waited 2 hours for food. After 1 hr 20 mins called to see how long it would be and the girl said oh we will just start making it 🙈 I mean if I hadnt called when would they have made it

Hiya. We do apologise about that. Some orders came at the same time and they came from different directions. But we must ensure the quality of our customers' meals. We cannot send food in different directions at the same time, otherwise all meals will become soft. We hope all customers can understand. We have always put the quality of our meals first, and we have always strived to deliver the meals to our customers in the shortest possible time.thanks

I ordered on a busy Friday night so understandably delivery estimate was out. Called to check on order and they explained they had been very busy. Food then arrived within 10 mins of my call, fresh and piping hot. Great customer service!

Was charged for 2 rice but only received one. Also took almost 2 hours to arrive
