The fried rice i ordered and paid for didnt arrive and one of the dishes i ordered a full portion and came as only half a container full i usually like this takeaway but wasnt impressed on this occasion

Always forget items or wrong items received which is unfortunate as food is good. Maybe Im just unlucky but seems to be almost each time I order, they do rectify any mistakes which is good but its not nice having to eat some food whilst waiting on the rest, other items get cold. I also never seem to get prawn crackers when theyre meant to come free with order and restaurant also confirmed on phone when order was placed that wed get them. Still didnt get any once missing/wrong items were rectified which is frustrating as again its almost whenever I order which isnt too often and only as a treat now and then and so disappointing, kids look forward to them and as stated when I called Id have happily paid if they wouldnt be included but was told they were initially when I ordered and then again when I called regarding missing juice, chips and wrong item (autistic child is very fussy, so I called to ensure it would be correct for him when ordering- which it was second time), It was highly appreciated that the driver also went to the shop and brought juice round quickly whilst I was just off the phone to the takeaway though, nice touch but a shame as food was still wrong/missing. We do enjoy the food and have tried many other Chinese takeaways local but it does seem to be the best one so always end up returning.

An order of over £50 no free prawn crackers as stated on the website got a munchie box and it was full of chips and was not best. The curry was more onion than anything else . Very disappointed

Food was okay however, it took them 2 hours and 25 minutes to deliver. It told me that the estimated time of delivery would be 1 hour and 30 mins. When I called after 2 hours I explained that I had been waiting and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. It finally arrived at 9pm after ordering at 25 past 6. When it was delivered they forgot part of my order. I won't be back.

Once again wrong main dish sent

It was late, it was cold and was missing some items from my order.

Been ordering here for years , Portion size was a lot smaller usual, had call as meal was missing . Normally get free thing as spend always over 40/50 pound . Starter box we got was empty compared usual . Defo wasnt worth 50pound we spent . Shame but wont be hurry go back

The food taste stale, felt like it was cooked few days back. I was really disappointed

The portion of Crispsy chicken and plum sauce was alot smaller then usaual .The chicken and sweetcorn soup was jelly like. The mushroom curry didnt hava alot of sauce Disappointing, as usually enjoy the meals

Frozen food and satay must have been off was horrible. Used this place for years always good never disappointed like the last one. Must been a off night

Been ordering regularly from Golden Wok for a few years. Last night was by far the worst I have had from them as they're normally very good. Spring rolls were soggy and the Thai Chow Mein was bad - not sure why there was chopped ham in there - possibly ran out of beef or a new chef...I don't normally leave reviews, but this was warranted.

Absolutely tiny portion of Honey and Chilli Chicken for £7

The chicken in the lemon chicken was undercooked, rest of meals great.
