An order of over £50 no free prawn crackers as stated on the website got a munchie box and it was full of chips and was not best. The curry was more onion than anything else . Very disappointed

Food was okay however, it took them 2 hours and 25 minutes to deliver. It told me that the estimated time of delivery would be 1 hour and 30 mins. When I called after 2 hours I explained that I had been waiting and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. It finally arrived at 9pm after ordering at 25 past 6. When it was delivered they forgot part of my order. I won't be back.

Food always good, was a fair bit late this week with some rice missing but the missing rice was delivered quickly

Usually really good but the last few times have been poorer. Not sure if the chef / meat supplier has changed? Spare ribs really fatty ... crispy shredded beef overly spicy .... double happiness portion / meat quality lacking

Ordered a few times but on this occasion I was quite disappointed. I ordered the Set Meal for 2, the salad for the starter- aromatic duck with pancakes, I received was abysmal, literally only 10 small slices of celery and 8 slices of cucumber. Normally it would be packed in the container. Never have I ever received such a portion of that size, I understand cost of living has increased but that was taking the mick, Ive taken photos of it as I still can not quite believe it. The portions have significantly decreased to half the portions whereas other places would have given far more. I hate leaving feedback as such but it is good to leave constructive feedback to improve. I hope this is a one off, will give GW another chance with benefit of the doubt as the takeaway has recently been taken over by new Management. Please take note. Thanks.
