Food was stale. Specifically asked for no chicken balls in my munchie box I got a box of chips and chicken balls. The box was supposed to contain ribs and spring rolls I had none was just chips and chicken balls.

Food arrived 2 hours after placing order and was cold

Ordered meal at 17.53. Order delivered at 18.30. Order was wrong. Called shop to be told they would send correct item. It is now 21.20 and still waiting. Sure was told they were very busy, but it is now almost 3 hours since told they would send out correct item. Surely it should have been a priority. Dont think much of their delivery service.

Over 2 hour delivery is unacceptable food was good but the wait will make us not return

The prawn crackers were soggy, the salt and pepper chips had two bits of pepper in them and tasted like chip shop chips that had been over salted and seasoned and the mushroom chow mein we ordered being vegetarian had a piece of chicken in it.

Ordered chicken and ham fried rice, it was dry, over cooked, horrible.

Ordered it at 6.25 said it would be 1 hour and 20mins and i waited till half 8 and still didnt show so i cancelled the order coz i was fed up waiting

Placed an order for a mild chicken curry and when I arrived, the chicken curry dish was definitely not mild. I called the shop to air this with them and they assured me that a replacement dish would be sent along, an hour passed and still nothing so I called and they told me chicken curry wasnt even made never mind out for delivery. I eventually gave up and told them not to both! I definitely will not be ordering with New Golden Wok again.

1h45 for delivery and promised delivery refund which never appeared !

Spicy hot noodles were waaaay too hot for anyone in my household to eat. Straight to the bin!

4 cans cola missing from order (£5.20 ) called up to be told driver would pop back with them , its now 10 30 and hes still not came back with thrm

Food was over cooked and badly presented. Only plus point was the early delivery.

Delivery took over 1 hour and 30 mins to deliver less than 1 mile. Food wasn't great, usually it is good but tonights didnt taste right at all. Chicken Maryland had a slime layer between the chicken and bread crumbs, sausages were really greasy. Chow mein was oily and tasteless. Sadly didn't enjoy this time.

Too salty and burnt

Been going here for years and unfortunately for the first time ever I have gotten food poisoning from your restaurant. I had the chicken fried rice with gravy, and I know it was my meal as my parents had completely different meals and are completely fine, hopefully it doesnt happen again from you guys

Was very cold not happy with this would like my money back

Ordered at 18:07, food arrived at 21:13. Terrible service. Id rather they said theyve taken too many orders and stopped taking more.
