£16 for 3/4 of the box to be chips

Was once a good place for food. Sadly a let down now.

Forgot my can of juice

Phoned to say wrong noodles delivered, told to busy to sort, said we would get free prawn crackers next order, we normally order Chinese 2 times per month average £60+ per order . We wont be back.

Order was late and took 2 calls to get delivered. Won't order again.

So cold couldnt eat

It took 2 hours to receive our delivery tonight which is unacceptable. Cant say a negative thing about the food its always delicious.

Didnt include salt & pepper chips and sent beef curry instead of chicken. Took 1 h and 20 mins to deliver. Food was only lukewarm. Wouldnt order again. However, Scoffable were extremely efficient in issuing a refund.

The chicken satay was dry and hard and the spring rolls soggy

First time using this takeaway and wont be back. £40 food was over cooked and tasteless

Worst delivery time ever 2 hours. Worst tasting chow mein Ive ever had in my life and the spring rolls where horrendous avoid this place at all cost

Delivery took 4 hours. No matter the time of year 4 hours is excessive and unacceptable. The food was okay but appetite lost due to the long wait with NO updates and unable to contact via phone.

3hrs to be delivered is shocking.. food was ok but not good enough to wait 3hrs did I mention it took 3hrs

Waited more than 2 hours for our meal. The take away took far too many orders and couldnt fulfill them. I felt so sorry for the delivery driver he was taking the brunt of it. My advice is not to take orders you can cope with

Waited 3hrs for my delivery. When it came a tub of sauce was burst all over the bag and they had forgotten my juice and the driver refused to go back and get it even tho I had paid for it. Called the shop who said they would send it out but didnt know when.

Given a 1 hour 20 minute estimate. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes!! I phoned twice. Was told it "just left" the first time, place is a 8 minute drive away. 30 minutes later I phoned again to be told that it definitely left last time I phoned. Then it finally arrived after another 10 minutes. No apology, no offer of reduction or adding extras for the extra 1 and 20 minute wait!! Only plus side is that the food was somehow hot and good. Wouldn't recommend to anyone though for their lack of professionalism and timekeeping.

Sadly, as I usually do love golden wok but tonight it took 2 hours to be delivered and they gave me the wrong sauce with my chicken balls 😞

Waited over 2 hours and 20 minutes for delivery. Called and was told it was on its way. When it arrived it was cold and didnt taste very nice, which is a real shame as its not cheap either. If they were having troubles with delivery then why keep taking orders or better still allow the option to collect, which I would of happily done no problem. Ive used this chinese take away for years and it has put me right off as this is not the first time its happened.
