I ordered a meal at half past 6 to be told it would be an hour. Was well over the hour when I received it. Then it turns out it was wrong so phone back get told a new one will be sent out. Nearly 3 hours after I had first placed my order I was still waiting phone back to get nothing but stinking attitude from the girl on the phone which I did not appreciate! Got told the manager would give me a call after at least 3 phone calls to them to which I'm still sat waiting on. Overall terrible experience and will not be ordering from here again.

The battered chicken was ok, tge fried rice good and sweet and sour sauce adequate, but the prawn crackers were stale soft and tasteless, I suspect they were leftover from the day before, I did rate this takeaway and Ive used it a few times, this experience has put me off

Food delivered so late. Had to make something myself and refused order at door when eventually came after midnight

Prawn crackers where really soggy which was a little disappointing. Then received a phone call saying we hadnt paid and they where sending people back round even though my husband paid cash and even left a big tip. Pretty disappointed

Driver lied about delivering our food that was forgotten about the first time and asked for them to call back which they never did. Manager refused a refund and just a petty discount on next order (obviously refused as food was not nice at all). Sorted through Scoffable though!

The meal was absolutely freezing and had to be reheated which ruined the taste, also the prawn crackers i purchased were rubbery and tasted as if they were old stock.

Chips were terrible. But service was really good.

Food took 2 hours to come.The meat on the ribs was so dry we couldn't eat it and the duck was tasteless.

Very disappointing, ordered at 8pm was told 60 minutes for delivery. Called at 21.20 was told my order had just left. It hadn't. Called again at 22.05 my order had left. Came at 22.20 food wasn't hot. Chicken was hard. Chicken in sauce was tasteless because it was cold

Normally good....but crispy duck in plum sauce, not crispy very rubbery and chewy didn't taste right and not much sauce...spare ribs good tonight but Shanghai chicken ... chicken did not look like chicken... strange texture.

Food was 3hrs late last night even when said it would be a hour and 30 mins, food was uneatable as it was cold and got one fried rice wrong as I did put in instructions no egg. And they gave us it with egg. So the food was just wasted the chips were over cooked and even the soup didnt have any flavour at all. Was very disappointed.

Had to wait 2 and a half hours to get my order, by the time it got here it was cold, phoned up 3 times to see where it was and was met with not a great deal of help or apology, last time I called I was assured it had just left and it then took a further 30minutes to drive approx half a mile. To top it all off once heated up a little in the microwave the food was tank rotten. Wont be buying here again absolutely dire, avoid avoid avoid

Delivery took nearly 3 hours although was estimated at 1 hour 20 minutes. Not acceptable. Havent eaten it yet as by the time it arrived it was time for bed !!

Ordered crispy chilli chicks lol something completely different came and could not get through to them via telephone also juice missin. Soup was bland and didnt smell right.

Food was horrendous, dry and over done. Inedible. Won't be buying from them again
