2h 20 minutes to deliver. Regularly get our noodle order wrong. The prawn crackers were soft. Felt like they were stale. Just pretty poor effort last night.

Food always consistently good and always delivered within the hour

Absolutely awful service. After waiting about an hour and a half, a cold meal was dumped on the doorstep before the driver ran back to his car. The order was incomplete and was missing a main dish. We tried calling over 30 times but no one picked up. Only when Scoffable got involved a £5.00 refund was offered. Please do not use this takeaway they dont deserve to serve the public. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Once again the food was delivered lovely and hot.... However once again I haven't left 'Great' feedback - because once again, there were peppers within one meal - when i had specified 'NO MUSHROOMS OR PEPPERS IN ANY MEALS DUE TO ALLERGIES'. - Sorry -

Order a meal . Its comes without the rice .. That person on the phone, She said SHE WOULD SEND IT UP IN 10 mins, 20 mins later i called back to be told ive presume u didnt want it as you were unhappy she so dam rude.. so u can eat your chicken satay on its own!! Well seeing they had your money.. Call again for a refund..2nd time shes put the phone down RUDE!! Would i Use AGAIN.... NEVER!!

Didn't leave a 'great' feedback 'face'.... as there were peppers within one of the dishes, when I had requested (due to allergies) no mushrooms or peppers to be included.However despite this error - the other food was lovely and hot ad tasty.

My fab Chinese in Bathgate always tasty and good portion sizes

Ordered over 3 hours ago. Waiting time said 1hr 30mins... Still not here!
