Waited an hour and a half on delivery and it was NOT worth the wait! Absolute shocker of a takeaway. A mixed kebab arrived, alarms bells started ringing when there was no shish kebab in it but about 4 different types of chicken, each bit drier than the last. Couldnt even swallow some of it thats how bad it was. Even the dog didnt eat it. The donner meat was decent, the garlic sauce was good and the naan was ok. The chilli sauce was watered down. The Noor used to be THE best kebab shop in Falkirk but that legacy is long gone. A bout of the runs next day just added insult to injury. Will NEVER eat from there again.

Resent delivery were hot and on time,This time delivery was late and the food was cold, needed reheating which left chips soggy and a bit harder, pizza was just ok

Order was missing 2 items,.curry poorly packaged. Wont be back.

I used to say best kebab in Falkirk. Food was an hour late. The food was wrong. They refused to provide a refund. Never ever again.

We get the same order every friday, and usually its great. However tonight tikka butter chicken was not up to standard. The level was about 1cm less in the tub than usual and tasted very weak/watery. It was disappointing.

Must be a lack of chickens in the world now as I seemed to have received two soup dished not meals. It's grim when you cannot even use a fork and need a spoon. Let us know when you find more chicken and we might just return. And next time tell your driver our door has a letterbox and he doesn't need to batter it down.

We ordered 2 donner kebabs and a portion of chips arived 1hr 10 min cold kebabs and chips were not cooked right soggy on the outside and still hard in the middle not Happy

Although the dish i received wasnt the one i ordered i ate it as i was hungry but disappointed it wasn't what i ordered .

Food swimming in water pitta bread ruined and went in bin. This is now 2nd delivery that was rubbish.

Cold, kebab meat no onions i asked for on either, sauce didn't taste good . Chicken kebab not worth the money and cold, this is the first complaint ive had to make about noor it has always been very tasty.

I ordered fried rice and curry sauce and that is not what I received

I never recived my order. I tried to call the line for over 3 hours while i wainted and all i got was line busy.

Both me and my partner felt ill after eating our dinner, she went to bed early and I was sick just before heading to bed. We will never use Noors again.
