Order was placed at 19.27 and arrived at the back of 21.00, order was cold and a lot of black bits on chips and wouldn't buy from there again

Food made me ill. Chips were stale and the pizza was disgusting.

Food was horrible and was a big hair in the calzone

Hi, enjoyed all food from your shop until my last meal which was piri piri chicken wrap, it was very tough and ended up in the bin, will still buy from yourselves but no chicken wraps again.

Pizza was cold with very little cheese. Onion rings were all squashed and was expensive.

I ordered golden fries and got regular chips (Ive had the golden fries before and they are good and crispy these were not) and got a cheese cake which I normally enjoy as well but dont know what kind it was but just wasnt to my taste Bit delivery was good timing !

Sausage had a weird taste and the bottle ofCola I received was out of date by a month.

Food came late and was cold

The last two times food has been greasy and awful. Before they would give us fresh, hot nice food, big tub of salad, this time there was a tiny bit of salad, no dressing, fish came in a pizza box, grease everywhere and cold. Never again!!

Chips and donner meat , donner meat was huge chunks inedible chips not good whole meal in the bin . Disappointed ☹ I appreciate its busy time of year but what I received tonight was not the usual standard.

Soggy and greasy no flavour

Pizza was very sloppy, it had been put on its side and the toppings had slid to one side. Mushy in the middle. Chips and curry sauce tastelessKing rib supper absolutely tastelessWont be back!

My husbands meal was fine but half off my pizza was burnt and couldnt eat it

Soggy pizza, not sure if it was even cooked properly very soft in the middle.

Dry donner meat, no sauce or salt on any of the chippy foods, missing donner sauce

Ordered an omelette delivery was late on opening up box omelette was burnt tasted disgusting

Cold and waited nearly 1 hour and a half on delivery

Waited 2 hours for food to be cold and soggy very disappointed wouldn't recommend at all

Food was of poor quality and i wont be using your food again again
