The chip were horrible and in need off charging for the better

Ordered at 19:08 for a 10inch munchy box. App said estimated about an hour which is fair for a Friday. Called 40 mins after estimated delivery time to be told by the lady on the phone that the driver was on his way. Perfect.. 45 mins later still not arrived. Called back to be told that the driver delivered it to the wrong address? Ok told I would get another one sent asap. 30 mins later it arrived with a very apologetic owner and 2 bottles of Pepsi. Fair play to him. However, Pepsi was flat when drinking only for me to check the expiration date.. April 25 (we are in April to be fair) but its was flat and clearly needed to be binned, no wonder it was a free/a goodwill gesture. The food was not the best. Kebab meat was burnt in areas and so dry. Veggie pakora was dry and so hard to eat. Pizza was ok but after nearly 3 hours of waiting Im left unbelievably disappointed. Didnt finish the food. One slice of pizza some chips and binned the rest. For context I live 2.5 miles away from the restaurant. Wont be ordering again. Really disappointing.

Wrong toppings on pizzas

Food was hot, the fried pizza and stone bake pizza was good, the chicken steaks however were terrible reformed breaded chicken with barely anything in them and Well over cooked. The pricing was good.

Chips where dry and disgusting Scrunch was soggy and it took 1.5 hours to comeWaste of money

Never one to complain as we order frequently from pablos and never had an issue as we always enjoyed the food but after tonight we will definitely NOT ! Be back after being shouted at from completely rude members of staff over the phone that called me x2 may I add , we received a pizza for it to be completely stuck to the top of the lid of the box we called to say that this had happened and maybe next time if the pizza saver could be placed so it didnt happen in the future before we could even finish this sentence they said they would send another pizza, we binned the ruined pizza and waited for the other pizza , the delivery driver asked for the old pizza I mentioned that I had binned this and apologised but I have a photo of he wanted to see or I can send it over to the shop about 10 mins later I had 2 calls from the shop for someone to tell me to take it out the bin and the driver is coming back to collect I said I was not going in the bin to retrieve the ruined pizza as Im currently 30 weeks pregnant and its an inconvenience but I have a photo if they would like me to send over the manager Im assuming was extremely rude and told me never to order from the shop again and it was an inconvenience to him not having the ruined pizza returned back to the shop ! Not complaining about the ruined pizza complaining about the complete rudeness of the staff !

The kebab meat was like rubber on the wrap actually inedible and the chips were covered in black stuff clearly dirty oil 👎🏻 best part of the meal was the can of Diet Coke, never ever use that place again.

Good points: food was still hot, delivery was quicker than quoted.Bad points: I orderd a burger and the bun was soggy, I appreciate condensation etc but personally I think it was more the burger sauce thats was at fault, garlic pizza is really just not how I would have imagined a pizzeria to have done things, the base is cooked and then garlic butter seems to be smeared over it, very greasy and not that great, the Mrs got a fried pizza and said it was more like a tattie scone because it had no flavour and refused to eat as it was far too greasy for her.

Doner meat was so dry and brick hard. Rest of food was not to bad. Disappointing previous delivery was excellent

Ordered a large chips, portion size was tiny for £3.90 and the chips were somehow burnt ? Unsure how you burn a chippy chip but anyway wont be back

Had a fish supper and onion rings delivered to the house. 45 minute wait - which was fine - but the batter in the fish and onion rings was soggy so not sure if thats normal or because it had been in the delivery bag for so long.Definitely not one for me to go back to given more positive experiences at others in the area.

Food was cold never got my red cola was only refunded £2 instead of the full £3

The pizza tonight was absolutely terrible. It was actually inedible. The rest of the order was good but this left a not so good experience tonight

the fish was very dry and the batter soggy . chips werent very tasty also battered mushrooms very awful all moist and soggy sorry as we had high hopes
