The pizza tonight was absolutely terrible. It was actually inedible. The rest of the order was good but this left a not so good experience tonight

the fish was very dry and the batter soggy . chips werent very tasty also battered mushrooms very awful all moist and soggy sorry as we had high hopes

Order turned up over an hour late, it was stone cold and the pizza was mushy.

Bottom of the fryer chiips rank rotten as was the fish

Meal was nearly cold and chips tasted like reheats. Not a patch on previous meals which were very good

The batter was soggy on jumbo sausage and chips not the freshest or best tasting the kabab meet was hard chips n cheese juts grated no even melted a bit cheese not a good first experience at all wont be ordering from there again

Pizza doesn't taste good and the chips tasted like they had been sitting out all day and were heated up. Garlic bread tasted stale.

Food took 2 hours to be delivered after being told it would be 1hr. When it arrived the pizzas (x3) they were disgusting. One had no toppings left on it and the large £3.30portion of looked like a small they were greasy and all the chips were stuck together. I will never use them again.

Ordered at ten to six, said it would be a hour, was delivered at five to 9, which is over three hours. Was told it was next to go after a hour and a half, told it was out for delivery after two hours then after two and a half Said they remade it as the delivery driver got lost and was still cold. Had called them 6 times by that point. Will not be ordering again.

Didnt arrive on time so my boyfriend couldnt get his food before leaving

Came cold and was very greasy

Food arrived really quickly however there was a long black hair fried into the batter of one of the pizza crunch

Calzone was awful. The dough was raw. Wont be back

Burnt pizza , under cooked donner meat, chips were soggy £35 wasted!

Order was placed at 19.27 and arrived at the back of 21.00, order was cold and a lot of black bits on chips and wouldn't buy from there again
