Chips and donner meat , donner meat was huge chunks inedible chips not good whole meal in the bin . Disappointed ☹ I appreciate its busy time of year but what I received tonight was not the usual standard.

Soggy and greasy no flavour

Pizza was very sloppy, it had been put on its side and the toppings had slid to one side. Mushy in the middle. Chips and curry sauce tastelessKing rib supper absolutely tastelessWont be back!

My husbands meal was fine but half off my pizza was burnt and couldnt eat it

Dry donner meat, no sauce or salt on any of the chippy foods, missing donner sauce

Ordered an omelette delivery was late on opening up box omelette was burnt tasted disgusting

Cold and waited nearly 1 hour and a half on delivery

Waited 2 hours for food to be cold and soggy very disappointed wouldn't recommend at all

Was disappointed as the shish meat was hard and chewy. Not usual standard. Pizza didnt have much cheese on it. Hopefully its a one off as I love Phillips food. ☹

To place an order at 6pm and not receive it till 9pm is terrible. Called at 7:30 and was told it was next to go, called at 8:30 and was told it was being prepared and that they couldnt increase delivery times past 1 hour (scoffable said this isnt true). You might be short staffed but 3 hours on a Wednesday night is shocking

Weve ordered a portion of chips cheese and curry sauce, and a haggis supper. The supper was okay, however the chips cheese and curry was unfortunately a let down. Ive ordered a large portion just to get a container barely full, with literally one spoonful of curry sauce on top, cold chips and hard grainy cheese. It was the first time we ordered, but dont think well be ordering again unfortunately.

Food was cold tonight and no chilli sauce. Usually its quite good from here
