Absolutely horrific customer service. Had food before and really enjoyed it. Got a meal that wasnt great. Called to give feedback. Girl that answered the phone was extremely abrupt and said shed pass me to the boss. Overheard her saying to the boss I was trying to say the pizzas were and then I couldnt hear the rest but she said it in a very nasty tone. Boss told me nobodys ever complained about the pizzas before and they get the pizza in from a supplier. I completely understand that and all I wanted was to politely pass on feedback. He just kept repeating himself and wasnt interested in my feedback. Totally ruined my experience. I was just offering feedback. wasnt asking for a full refund or new food. Totally put me off and I wont be back

Too much donner meat on pizza. It fell apart when lifted out of box. 2 large donner portions on a 10 inch pizza is excessive. But your stuffed crust is class and everything else is great. :)

Item missing from order

My order arrived without the chips that came with the chicken box. Phoned them up, and a very abrupt lady answered the phone very snappy then passed me onto who I can assume was the manager saying a portion of chips where in box with chicken. Advice it wasnt as I wouldnt be calling to complain. He quite abruptly advise would send them. Waited another 45 minutes before that arrived. Everyone makes a mistake but the fact the customer service was rude unhelpful and abrupt I wont be ordering from here again. Am So disappointed

Pizza and pakora was burnt and food took 1 hour 45 to be delivered - was advised 1 hour.

Was very disappointed with delivery service. Had to phone to chase up my order after it was nearly 30 minutes late to only be told that it had been delivered. I advised Pablo's that I had never received the delivery and to check the delivery address. They where adamant that the order had been delivered to number 46, I then asked them to check again as the order should have been delivered to number 49 and not 46. They checked properly after that and advised that the driver had delivered to wrong address. They did eventually deliver my order, two hours after I ordered it!!!!.I will not be using Pablo's again as I find it inexcusable to deliver to the wrong address when it is clearly stated on the order and then argue that they have delivered to correct address and then keep you waiting a further length of time to correct the error so you've been waiting two hours for your order.

Pizza wasn't great

Chips under cooked and cold chip steak raw and lacked any flavour

Ma cat is probably warmer and hes been deed 10 years now

Cant seem to bring what you ask for and then have to wait 20 minutes for the rest of it to arrive - meaning your food is stone cold.

I placed a order to be delivered at 17.30 and got it delivered about 20 minutes after a placed order

Food took 1hour 59 mins to arrive aftwr the confirmation email said 40 mins. Pizza was overcooked abd tasteless.

For the record, had a few orders from here (not via this website) and they have all been superb but tonight was quite disappointing. Chips were stone cold and mozzarella sticks werent the usual - they were overcooked, dry and just tasteless. BBQ chicken wings were nice though. Hoping it was just a minor blip on a busy Sunday night service!
