Wasnt good

Bought 2 calzone but there was no sauce with them, must be the only shop I have bought calzone that was not accompanied by a sauce. Because of this both calzone were dry and bland.

Pizza was undercooked got a new one and was the exact same and the guy that came on the phone was rude

i was told 1 hour on or message from them and after phoning them 1hour and 10 minutes later got told it was just getting packed up to leave the store 1and a half hours later it arrived and most of it went in the bin because we had waited to long for it

Missing items out order & when man was questioned he got very defensive they sent the wrong meal deal out yet charge me more for less & when asked why he started shouting down the phone at me normally a regular but wont be back any time soon

was delivered to the wrong address and had to phone them up

Waited over an hour and a half , pizza came and looked like it had been sitting for hours and it was cold.

Was late and missing drinks

Below par from the Pamir tonight. We usually get the tandoori mix and the lamb and chicken is usually tremendous. Tonight it wasnt as if it was griddled, it tasted like it had been fried in a pan of greasy, well-used fat. Chicken on the bone was dry as well. This is the first time weve ever experienced this though (weve order upwards of 10 times from here) so hopefully just a blip.

Disappointing, did not arrive on time. Was suppose to be an hr ended up being closer to an hr and 45 mins. Driver called to say no answer at door to which we discovered he was at wrong address, he then informed us he was 10 mins away. Food eventually came, barely warm and our 2 dips with meal deal were missing.

Food wasnt the best to be fair most of it was cold time I got it donor meat was far to spicy and base of pizzas were undercooked wont be ordering again as last two times food has been terrible

Having ordered a pizza meal deal at 17:55 and it hadn't arrived by 20:10 I called to find out if we would have to wait much longer to be told that the delivery driver had already left with our order fast forward another 35 minutes until we actually received the delivery only for to find a bone in a piece of chicken on my pizza, Needless to say I won't be ordering anything from there again.

Order placed, 1 hour ETA. An hour and half later no food, called to be advised would be another 30 mins (understandable with it being Boxing Day) another hour goes by with still no food delivered, another call to find out WTF, should be with us in a couple mins....20 mins later we actually have our order. Driver very apologetic (not his fault we waited almost 3 hours for our food) and then to top it off the food was almost cold 😡

Took 2 hours for my order to arrive and was freezing.Ruined my meal.

Baked potato was hard through most it an chips from burger were not propper cooked

Never normally one to complain especially about this place. Tonight, I ordered from Pamir Express. I was given a 1 hour waiting time. The food arrived half an hour later. The delivery driver asked me for £1 cash when he did arrive, baring in mind I had paid for my food online by card. I asked why as I was confused. The driver called the shop and all of a sudden the £1 didnt matter, he quickly handed over the food and left. I then came to realise that the can of juice I ordered wasnt with the order and that my food was cold. I contacted the shop to ask why I was due £1 and also about my juice as I had already paid for it. The complete attitude I got from the man on the other end of the phone was shocking. Apparently my food wouldnt have been cold, in fact, it most definitely wouldnt be as I am in the next town from where the shop is. Also, apparently they charge customers for salad and sauce separate, but I know that from experience you can set this up on Scoffable to alert customers that they will have to pay extra for it to be separate and also, that I will not be receiving a refund for my juice that I paid for or given the juice as it is too far away to come back to!!! If that was the case then my food wouldnt be hot - as I started. It is cold!

I received uncooked chips. I tried for 40 minutes to get through to request replacements, but unable to get through.
