Im a regular customer and have always found the food here to be excellent, so Im genuinely disappointed with this order.Unfortunately, my wife found a hair in her food. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but finding a hair in your food is extremely off-putting and, unfortunately, it has completely put my wife off ordering from here again.Its especially disappointing because I order regularly and have always been very happy with the food. I hope this is just a one-off and that it can be looked into, as I would hate for something like this to put us off ordering from somewhere weve always enjoyed.

ordered a chicken tika & kebab pizza but only got plain chicken, phoned to complain and got bullshit.

Mixed pakora was inedible!!

Delivery was over 20 minutes late. Called Pamir Express and they would not refund the delivery charge. Very poor customer service. They did not even apologise.

Chicken kebabs were dry and flavourless, the meat itself was bizarre. The pizza was nice tho.

Dry as a stick

ordered a 12" spicy mince & sweetcorn pizza, was sent a 12" spicy mince & jalapeo (which i am allergic to !!) called the shop to be told, driver is away and we are now closed, call back later for a discount.

Love this take away & only one we use but tonight wasnt great. Chips clearly reheats & pizza burnt

Pizza burned and didnt get extras I asked for food cold

It took 2 hours to arrive and when it did the rice was really dry and overcooked and the tikka masala didnt taste right at all.

Chicken pokara dry tasteful... the chips half cooked again dry and no salt.. this place has went down hill big time.. that Chicken pokara hiw can use serv that food to anyone is shocking i wont be ordering anything out it again.. pointless food that is dry and tasteful

Ordered spicy chips. Absolutely disgusting. Just a massive pile of whatever spice on top of the chips not the whole carton of chips just the top. With the condensation of the polystyrene tub it just sat there as if the lid fell off the spice jar. Not mixed through just raw spice at the top. Had to bin and also the pakora was awful. It was so soggy. Wont buy them again thats for sure but rest of order was ok.

Waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered when it said 1 hour on the delivery time, when I called to see where the food was all I got was it will be with you soon and even after that it still took over half an hour to be delivered. Due to the wait the food was cold and all the bags were damp

There was no salad or chilli sauce on kebab,which i had requested in my online order.

Chicken tikka seemed to be covered in powdered spices. Chiken in bhoona was not tender. The rice was good.

Rude staff when calling to ask were my order is told to call back if still hadnt turned up they ignored my call food was rotten will never be back

Called before I ordered to see delivery time told 45 min max so ordered and over a hr later i called to be told 20 min so i cancelled to then be told just left the shop bland borderline raw chips wasnt worth over £22 and whats worse is scoffible is next to no help there not interested in the customer just the folk in the takeaways very poor service from both and total waste of money i would avoid pamir and also scoffible

Chips terrible. Hard and overcooked a real let down
