Order placed, 1 hour ETA. An hour and half later no food, called to be advised would be another 30 mins (understandable with it being Boxing Day) another hour goes by with still no food delivered, another call to find out WTF, should be with us in a couple mins....20 mins later we actually have our order. Driver very apologetic (not his fault we waited almost 3 hours for our food) and then to top it off the food was almost cold 😡

Took 2 hours for my order to arrive and was freezing.Ruined my meal.

Baked potato was hard through most it an chips from burger were not propper cooked

Never normally one to complain especially about this place. Tonight, I ordered from Pamir Express. I was given a 1 hour waiting time. The food arrived half an hour later. The delivery driver asked me for £1 cash when he did arrive, baring in mind I had paid for my food online by card. I asked why as I was confused. The driver called the shop and all of a sudden the £1 didnt matter, he quickly handed over the food and left. I then came to realise that the can of juice I ordered wasnt with the order and that my food was cold. I contacted the shop to ask why I was due £1 and also about my juice as I had already paid for it. The complete attitude I got from the man on the other end of the phone was shocking. Apparently my food wouldnt have been cold, in fact, it most definitely wouldnt be as I am in the next town from where the shop is. Also, apparently they charge customers for salad and sauce separate, but I know that from experience you can set this up on Scoffable to alert customers that they will have to pay extra for it to be separate and also, that I will not be receiving a refund for my juice that I paid for or given the juice as it is too far away to come back to!!! If that was the case then my food wouldnt be hot - as I started. It is cold!

I received uncooked chips. I tried for 40 minutes to get through to request replacements, but unable to get through.

Garlic Nan was dry and did not taste of Garlic. If I wanted a plain one I would have asked for one.Chicken Pakora was dry and overcooked also looked like a reheat. Definitely wasnt fresh.Overall quality was poor for the price.Stay away or be disappointed

Told food would be 1hr 10mins however just over 2 and half hours later it arrived, no apology nothing

I orderd a cheeseburger and all i got was burger on a bun

Salad covered in some weird herb disgusting, ofc I got salad on all my foodz chips tasted like raw potatoes and the kebab meat was so thin you could literally see light through it lol

Pizza was cold chips soggy and over a hr and a half delivery

Chips were soggy, calazone had no sauce threw it tiny but of cheese.. was cold when it came as well.

Not what i ordered, rushed service, puts me off going back

I pre-ordered my meal/delivery with Pamir express at 5.35 to be delivered at 7.50. The meal was not delivered until 8.10, what is the point in having the function to have your order delivered for a certain time slot if it is not delivered then. Not happy with the service but the pizza was nice when it arrived.

Given a time frame for delivery and I waited an hour after this for the order to come without our drinks. When I called all I got was its very busy, they just need to give realistic times for delivery so customers know not to order if they dont want to wait.

Said delivery would be 1 hour. 1.5 hours not left the shop yet. I had work to go to as nightshift. So cancelled items. I loved their food but service tonight shocking.
