I am a regular customer and usually dont have any issues but today was a disaster. Placed an order was given a 1 hour estimate for delivery. Arrived after nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes. Ordered a chicken korma with rice and a separate naan bread along with a king chicken kebab. When it arrived they forgot to give me rice for the curry and the portion of chicken in the kebab was shocking for £8!! Would have Been ideal size for a child. When I called they offered to bring the rice to me and the rice only. Meaning I had to wait a further 25 minutes and heat my curry and naan bread in the microwave which ended up disgusting. No mega effort made to make sure the issue was resolved properly. I.E replacing the whole meal so it was fresh. When I mentioned about the very small portion of chicken in then kebab I was told thats the portion size and thats it. Again poor customer service and resolution to complaint.

Food was hot on delivery which im pleased about but never checked full order straight away...wrong sauce on wrap..not the first time

Food was colourfull bit not very good The beef boonah was not smelling well didnt eat it . Wont be back

Thought the chicken in my hoagie was too dry. Looked like a reheat.

When the order arrived the pizza box was crushed and the pizza was stuck to the lid and had to be pealed off.Also the chicken pakora had been deep fried that bunch that it had to be thrown out as was like trying to eat rocks. Not what I expected from panmir! 😒

The omelette was nice.The onion were horrible and very soggy

Love this place, but I ordered a kabab could tell the minute it came it smelt weird , was hardly any sauce on it!

Pizza was half cooked and chips were stale.

Food wasnt rhe warmest and seems it had been lying a wee while and pizza when it was just about here the guy phoned and said theres no bbq base so sent you a timato base hope thats ok i said yes as was too late. Spent a lot of money there tonght.

ordered via Scoffable and waited for delivery for 1 hour and 20 minutes from whitburn to armadale. Called to be told my order had not been seen was sat aside by accident, and they apologised. Dont get me wrong when delivery eventually came the Pizzas we had were delicious and food was good and hot.

A order from here all the time last night food wash horrible a contraced them in no reply after seen my messgae. Need to find some other good fresh food now

Chicken in the calzone was extremely chewy and was not extremely warm when it was delivered

Well i ordered food told 1 hr called up and told its out with the driver called back 15 min later to be told another half hour liers avoid them no way to run a buisness

food was good ...but it took over 2 hrs to comeif i had known i would have ordered from elsewherethey told me 1hr 10 mins when i phoned at1hr 30 mins i was told be there in 10 mins received 35 mins laterguy stood at my door not observing social distancing looked as if he was waiting for a tipneedless to say he did not get one

Order said collection at 7:50. Waited in shop until 8.15 for my food to be ready. I could have stayed at home longer.

Food was really good but timing of collections is really poor...went to collect at time specified and didnt get it till 25 mins later!!

I've never experienced such abuse, used the shop a lot but won't be back after this.

Pizza base was soggy and korma sause was so sweet it was like eating a bowl of sugar.

Didnt enjoy it tonight had to wait one and a half hours for the dinner to arrive so not a lot of it got eat

Got a delivery had ordered a kids pizza asked for mushrooms and pineapple didnt get it ask not to send chips they did they were cold as for kids pizza got it was in eatable

I do understand that a Friday night is a busy time for delivery but 2 hours for delivery is bad, i live.1/2 a mile away.

Order 2 or 3 times a week from here. Food is usually amazing. Ordered tonight thr food was disgusting. Donnor meat was brick hard it. It looked and felt like leather i couldnt even eat it. Tossed in bin. Chips were brick hard also. Think they were yesterdays 🤢Husbands pizza was burnt and freezing cold. Lost a loyal customer tonight. Will take our custom elsewhere
