First time Ive been let down with them. No garlic mayo as requested on one item and no chilli sauce on the other. Normally very good but also had to wait 1hr 25mins for delivery after being notified of a 1hr delivery slot, on a Tuesday.

Received cold food. Then I was questioned why it was cold. Would send hot food and send they were closing and was only 930. Scpffable no help as usual

Hour and a half wait...both pizzas came cold.

Food was very nice and tasty but ordered via scoffable online and advised delivery would be 1 hour. Took 2 hours and 15 mins which given the current circumstances at the moment (CO-VID 19) is understandable, but when received the food I paid for some items that were not in amongst the delivery (popadoms and chicken chat starter). If I pay for goods I expect to receive them! Constantly tried to contact them for 2 hours but phone line was constantly engaged. Wont be ordering from here again as dont like being ripped off.

After placing my order at 18:23 and receiving an email stating delivery would be within 1hr 20mins, It got to 20:40 (2hrs 17mins later) and still had no delivery resulting in myself having to go collect it. Upon getting to pamir express, female behind counter advised it had left. I asked for it to be made fresh and would wait. After asking for this female said "oh i have your ticket here food is sitting right here, we have been waiting on curry sauce getting made". Extremely unhappy at this and should have been notified if there was an extended delay in delivery. Sitting down to a dinner at 21:00hrs at night is no use to anyone. What are you going to do in way of compensating myself for this experience?

Place is ma favourite place to eat in Whitburn but tonight over a hour in half for food that was more or less cold by theTime it got here I no times are hard the now but they had plenary time to make this meal properly

Placed an order at 6.10pm, was provided an updated estimate of 1hr 40mins. Then at 7.45pm we received the wrong delivery. When I called I was told the driver would turn around and come with my correct order... we waited. Nothing. 8pm I was called from the shop to say that our order hadnt actually been prepared and we would have to wait another 1hr 50mins for a delivery of the correct food. Or they could process a refund which Id also have to wait on. Or they could get my order ready in 10mins if I went down to collect it myself! Nearly 2hrs 30mins later I collected my delivery

Order food at 18:03 arrived 20:35 stone cold and brick hard nan, kabab tasted horrible, pizza was over cooked and tasteless. Im so disappointed and angry

Was told it would take over an hour for delivery Which I was fine with But to come an additional 40 mins later took the biscuit And it was freezing In all it wasnt a nice pizza

Waited an hour and a half for my delivery I am not happy with the service at all!

I ordered again from this take way food and again the calzone was cold I thought that once could happen but once again? now I know that I will never recommend again

Didnt get our order till about 19.45 and the chips had been reheated

Chips were like rubber, donner meat was far too greasy, the chicken chaat was nice but only 1 bit! Poor show, wont be back.

Order from here anytime we are looking for kebab, Indian etc. Always usually great but last few orders have been a bit disappointing. Ordered a pizza today and it came stone cold :(
