Pizza was cold disappointed as waited hr &half for delivery &then it was cold

Waited over 2 hours called 3 times absolutely shocking service

Good pizza. Shocking delivery over two and a half hour wait

Popadoms were soft, spicy onions were not fresh. They were like supermarket ones.The pasanda was tastless. Karachi bhoona was not its usual self.Peshwari nan was hard.Overall will think twice about ordering again.

ordered 3 curries on last 2 weeks, all same, color look taste, no difference between aloo gobi and paneer.

Specifically asked for no spicy onions on calzone - got lots of spicy onions 😩

Asked specifically for no mushrooms, i even called and advised no mushrooms after i ordered. I guess they made a mess of it and made the meal with mushrooms then tried to remove them however didnt manage to get them all out again.Whats concerning is that i advised in the special instructions that we couldnt have mushrroms due to alergies but they clearly made it with mushrooms in it then removed them. Straight in the bin :( and a tenner down the drain.

Delivery took over 2 hours and food was not very warm when it eventually arrived, despite being told it was just leaving the shop after coming out of the oven when I called to track it.

Said it would be fifty mins was an hour and fifty mins!

Waited an hour and half for food and was freezing on delivery

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive. When I phoned they said that they were waiting on a driver but when my delivery got here it was almost cold. Not happy.

Driver took ages finding address and food was unfortunately cold by the time we received it

Placed an order last night on the way home and was 10 minutes away so asked them to leave it under the bench at my house, which they never. They never redelivered my order but still took my money.

Deliver took 2 hours and was half cold when arrivied , tried to phone the place asking where it was and got hung up on twice

i ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese burger and a donner Kebab. i got the pizza and cheese burger but not the kebab,i got a donner burger with chips so i was very angry when it arrived.

Was waited for two hours for our delivery i phoned up to see where my delivery was the the man on the phone said it would be 10 minutes was still waiting half hour later so my wife phoned up and the manager was so rude and hung up on her .

Usually really good,bit i ordwrd food at 5:11 then i phoned at 7 thinking it was late due tot he day it was,he said itll be ahoerly there preparing it now its currently 20:38 and i still have no food!!

Bread was rock hard, spiced onions tasted chemically and the pakora bland and tasteless. Also send an email saying it would be 1 hour and arrived in 30 minutes which didnt give me time to prepare and really made my autism flare up, Ive only just managed to calm down enough to go outside and throw it in the bin.

No Pitta bread with Kebab and Pizza was very cold.

Took almost 2.5 hours for my food to arrive

After waiting over 2 hours for a delivery and calling the shop over 30 times in a 20 minute period with no answer my delivery arrived with some of my order missing when I told the driver about my complaints the only response I received was im just the driver well thats not an acceptable response when a customer asks you to feedback to your employer that there may be an issue with their phone line and Ive gave up even trying to call about my missing items from my order

Waited for over a hour and a half for my meal and ended up having to cancel order Its appalling having to wait this long on a meal
