Bang average food always has been

Chips soggy and cold. Used to be a great takeaway but can't say the same now.

Unfortunately not the best this time. Its always been great. So I will still keep going back.

Had some item's missing from my order

Order was cold on arrival couldn't eat it

Pakora and poppadoms were soggy. The south indian garlic chili chicken was far too spicy (we found that it was on a previous order and despite requesting it not to be this time it was rediculosly spicy again) and the chicken chasni was like tomato soup and totally tasteless.

Chicken seemed sour and not enough sauce to cover rice etc couldnt be bothered phoning back up to be honest so just binned it

Food an hour late. Ordered at 7:30, given 8:30 delivery time and arrived at 9:20.Only ordered 1 pizza and turned up cold. Usually best pizza in Whitburn but this was a negative experience.

Delivered well over an hour later than stated (stated 1hr, took almost 2.5hrs). Food was good & delivered hot, but delivery time was way too long especially when its over double the estimate!

Shish kebab was a joke literally no salad or sauce. Meat was tough it was so dry Definitely not again. Ended up in the dog. Wont be back

Asked for something to go over cheese nan before folding over, so as not too stick together...didnt happen...was a mess trying to separate

Pizza was frozen cold by the time I received it, not enjoyable

No delivery update.Over an hour waiting. To be then told its packed n about to leave the shop and to still be kept waiting, extremely poor.

Pizza was overcooked. Pepperoni looked like cheap spam. Worst pizze ever and at over £20 I was bitterly disappointed.

Food tasted good enough but 2 upset stomachs afterwards

I'm still waiting on it being delivered, it's nearly half an hour after it was supposed to arrive.

I order a large Shish kebab, & what was sent was a tikka kebab, & it was really spicy.Ended up in the bin as was too late to return it.Very disappointed as its usually amazing.

Chicken tandoori sizzler didnt see a tandoori oven n was dry as a stick. Wont go back now.

I left instructions on my order and they werent included in my order. Usually good service from here but its like never even looked at my order.

waited 2 hours for delivery phoned the shop twice to b told that they wete waiting on drivers service is shocking and my takeawsy was frozen

I thought yhe order was a joke. We ordered south indian chicken tikka calzone. Lets just say the box was only half emoty .There was little chicken and this was no south indian as we regular get this usually from kebab king. No this was vindaloo . What a complete waste of money and disappointment. This will be our last time using Panir express and will continue ti use or usual . The only positive was the delivery was fast .
