Was given an estimated arrival time of 1 hour. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes I phoned to see where my delivery was. I got told it was on its way but still no sign. After another 15 minutes decided to phone again but noticed the delivery driver. He then told me that he had been given the wrong pizza, needless to say by the time the food reached us it wasn't very warm.

Not the usual quality of food pakpra had not much taste to it sent the wrong sause with it also and sent normal coke instead of diet cant drink this as im diabetic

It took 2 hours to be delivered with no communication.

I feel really unwell and the pizza was not cooked that well.

Waited 2hours for a delivery. Had tried phoning the shop for 30 mins ( 5 times) not answered once.. If phone had been answered would have been more lenient with review. Love the food but to wait 2 hours was a joke

Ordered king naan kebab, received large kebab with pita.Veg pakora was rock hard.

Ordered deep pan got thin Ordered extra tomato etc didn't get it

Probably wouldnt order again. Few things not right like dry Nann and stale poppadoms. Curry was very oily which they advised was normal for the type of curry but I disagree. Nearly £30 order and not great value for money. Its a shame because I wanted to try this place for a while.

i ordered my kebab at 5.15 was told delvery was an hour it eventually appeared at 6.55 which it was stone cold and the nan bread was brick hard but on the plus side the seagulls enjoyed it i will think twice before ordering from hete again service is shocking

Took 2 hours to be delivered! Was just about to cancel order but it turned up.

I've ordered 4 curries + pizza for my son's birthday (cost £65 all). I know Indian food well, this wasn't Indian food, I don't know what it was. 3 curries were identical in texture, colour and taste - Aloo Gobi, Kashmiri Curry - Prawn, Garlic Bhoona - Beef - no difference at all, same artificial red colour, no difference in masala used. Aloo Gobi had just 2 pieces of cauliflower, beef had just 3 pieces of beef. Korma was quite ok. Pizza very average and cold when come. Very low quality food, for £65 I could buy better curries in Tesco they would at least taste similar to Indian food. Huge disappointment for me and our guests.

Delivery took over 2 hours to come, the food was freezing no heat at all. Chips cheese and donner was so unappetising I felt sick looking at it. Im very surprise to say the least as we have used this takeaway previously and it was great. Very disappointing

Only reason for rating was the muglai Korma had 4 very small pieces of chicken and the Nan bread felt like it could've been doing with some extra cooking timeStill a bit doughy.

Kids chicken nuggets one was solid couldve smashed a window with it, hoggie was dry no much sauce and some chips still raw

The food was good when it arrived. Ordered about 2 hours before required but was 15 minutes later than stated. I would have thought I would have been a priority considering how long in advance it was ordered. Won't use this takeaway again

Few times now I've bought from here and the quality in their products has gone right downhill, definitely not worth the money anymore!

We have had about 6 different curries from Pamir and they all taste the same. Curry was also laden with oil. Did not enjoy and will not be trying any more.

Pizza was no cooked right on the bottom
