Pizza base was paper thin & was stuck to paper lining in box.Paid for extra chicken mushroom & cheese but amount given was not worth the extra £1.70 per item 😡Will not use this place again

Food was cold when arrived and tasteless just very greasy

Order was totally wrong and when checked the order I got was £4 cheaper than what I had originally paid for!!

Usually the food is good out of there but wasnt at its usual standards,12 inch munchie box got hardly any chips in it av had more in a 10 inch box than what we got that time 😡

nan bread was burnt so i nevet ate it

Really disappointed. Delivery was over one and a half hours past the quoted delivery time. Was in bed. Food is always delicious even if i couldnt have it at 9.45pm. This was only time as delivery is usually fairly quick .

Fritters were hard driver stoped my food at the door bursting the sauce over the food

The food was really good until i found a very large hair in the kebab put me right off! Should wear hairnets in the kitchen.

Near 2 hours for it to arrive, chicken was watery, korma was bland

I ordered these items for my son and his friends as I was out last night and only half the order was delivered. Obviously my son didnt know what I ordered so didnt question it. By the time I was home the shop was closed so couldnt do anything about it.

No sauce with mixed pakora & chicken was overcooked

Order took 2.5hours to arrive, which ended up being too late to eat something so heavy and wasted £30!

Confirmation said 1 hour for delivery .... actual time was 2 hours.

Ordered a mixed Kebab with the salad and sauce separate for collection but when I got home and opened it up it was just a regular donner kebab

Thought wed try this place after not going for years and safe to say we wont be back. Firstly I got the wrong meal than I ordered but the food wasnt great. 3/4 of what we bought went in the bin. Sorry guys but theres a lot of much better takeaways in Whitburn x

awful service and total waste of money
