Really disappointed. Delivery was over one and a half hours past the quoted delivery time. Was in bed. Food is always delicious even if i couldnt have it at 9.45pm. This was only time as delivery is usually fairly quick .

Fritters were hard driver stoped my food at the door bursting the sauce over the food

The food was really good until i found a very large hair in the kebab put me right off! Should wear hairnets in the kitchen.

My pizza was cold not like them but the rest of the food was fine

I ordered these items for my son and his friends as I was out last night and only half the order was delivered. Obviously my son didnt know what I ordered so didnt question it. By the time I was home the shop was closed so couldnt do anything about it.

Order took 2.5hours to arrive, which ended up being too late to eat something so heavy and wasted £30!

Confirmation said 1 hour for delivery .... actual time was 2 hours.

Ordered a mixed Kebab with the salad and sauce separate for collection but when I got home and opened it up it was just a regular donner kebab

Thought wed try this place after not going for years and safe to say we wont be back. Firstly I got the wrong meal than I ordered but the food wasnt great. 3/4 of what we bought went in the bin. Sorry guys but theres a lot of much better takeaways in Whitburn x

Ordered pepperoni club pizza with onions and mushrooms, never got any pepperoni.

I normally like what i get. Ordered and it wasnt the best a week later thought ill give it another chance. Completely wrong order came told me they will send me another one i was starving and couldnt wait another 30-60mins so told them to refund me. Told the resturant to send driver back to pick up order. Never done it. So i got a refund but ended up spending 6pound for 2 juices as delivery wasnt refunded. Wont be back.

Food was ok but to have to wait 1hr 50 mins when ordering at 1700 is unacceptable, especially as the shop is 1 mile away.

The food was not nice. There was hot and cold bits throughout both meals. The kebabs were both very soggy due to sauce. The hoggie had limited chips on it and was very spicy despite being a garlic mayo. We actually ended up binning all three meals due to concerns we would become unwell from the food. Upsetting considering it was not cheap at £27

Waited for an hour and forty minutes and it came cold
