Booked over an hour in advance for a specific delivery time, so plenty of prep time. Food turned up nearly an hour later than the time requested. Phoned when it was running about 40 minutes late & I was told it was with driver; no apology or explanation for delay. It turned up about 10 minutes after this. Food was awful - it was all cold, chips soggy, chicken dry, - it looked & tasted like it had been cooked & left sitting in it's packaging for at least an hour before it arrived.

Food as usual is really good however thats twice asked for a garlic nan and didnt get it and they responded saying it was . I shared my meal with a friend again and she even agreed with myself its a plain nan . Thanks for scoffable refunding the difference. I wouldnt have normally bothered but it defo wasnt garlic

Iv got a few ratings already for pamir but this time im afraid it wasnt a good one like the rest. The food was fine but every box was squashed like some1 had sat on it so the food was flat lol.

Hi we ordered a munchy box for the 2 of us last night it was excellent n on time n when it arrived it was nice n hot the best weve had in a long time weve tried other places in whitburn but u come up trumps everytime keep up the good work 😀😋

Only one tiny moan. Some of the chips were that horribly black way. Everything else was spot on and delicious! (burger meal deal and large pizza)
