Forgot the cheese on my large chips order and sent 3 cans of Diet Coke instead of Diet Pepsi 🤷‍♂️

Quick delivery but found an insect ( looked like a small beetle or cockroach) on the bottom of my pizza. Their concern wasnt exactly what it should hsve been. Got replacement but wasnt impressed. Not even sn apology. Didnt even offer a refund even though i brought the pizza back. My daughter was sick and doubt very much we will order again as a result.

Cold food

late delivery again!!!!! and cold when it arrived

Chicken pakora was really overcooked, extremly dry. Curries were very bland.

First time ordering and the last, pizza was burnt on top and soggy underneath couldnt eat it

It was 30 minutes late and cold

We were so disappointed in our delivery, we waited the hour but when the food arrived both chicken korma were inedible. The chicken was hard and tasted off. After the first few bites I was convinced off this fingers crossed we don't get food posing. The garlic naan was burnt and missing garlic, and the chips were dry and hard, some of which were stuck to the polistirene container. So disappointed

Only part of order delivered. Delivery driver came back later with what was missing. Food good but delivery service poor.

not the best calzone ive had just plain donner inside ..no salad /onion or sauce..just plain wont be ordering again as not as good since they changed owner..pity

food arrived after advised delivery time again!! and when it did finally arrive my little boys kids meal was missing Called shop to let them know and they were not exactly helpful telling us they were really really busy and did not know when they could get the missing items to us used to love pamir when it 1st opened was brilliant but going down hill fastdoubt ill be back

Estimated time was an hour for delivery , after 1.5 hours I called the shop to be told the delivery driver hadn't left yet so eventually got my very cold meal 1 hour and 45 mins after ordering. When we received our meal we had ordered a can of lemonade and received a can of Grapefruit, we called and got told " its all I have an no one else has complained , il tell scoffable to refund you the can price " , which of course didnt happen . Wont be ordering from here again.

Food arrived cold

Things missing from order and when I messaged the shop I was told it was definitely packed, so basically I'm a liar. Definitely be avoiding from now on

Food not good. Samosas didnt taste like chicken and were greasy. Potato fritters were unrecognisable and tasted bad. Vegetable bhoona was mostly carrots. Not up to usual standard. Disapointing.

Food was delivered to wrong address then got drop back to mine freezing cold I then called the shop to be far they did make new stuff abs send straight out but this was now 2 hours Foods allways great delivery lets them down all the time
