I started ordering from here when it first opened and I must say I was very disappointed last night. Just did not enjoy the same ingredients have changed especially the guacamole it was disgusting and not fresh like it used to be. £50 is expensive and i think the quality just did not match that price sorry.

Ordered at 1:30pm and I got notified it would be 50 minutes for delivery. I waited 60 minutes and decided to contact Scoffable (no reply for 20 mins, no use) but I then called the shop and the lady I dealt with was really nice and wasnt her fault but there was no awareness to anyone where my order was. I said Ill give it another 15 minutes. I call back and again, no idea where delivery was. This is almost 85 minutes after ordering. After 1.5 hours waiting the driver comes to my door and says sorry but he took first order to wrong house on street and said was another number 1. Im in a tiny street and no other number 1. The food was not hot when it arrived and had to reheat. I asked for some compensation since its been a huge hassle for 1 item and a sauce (literally) but Plan Burrito refused (according to Scoffable) - absolutely furious.

beef brisket was like leather, could taste the microwaved rice and everything tainted with a plastic smell, the £2 spicy salsa was a pot of tinned tomatoes. not a chili or a jalapeno in sight in anything.

I was really disappointed in the quantity of food supplied for the price. The food was nice but no where near worth what it cost. Small classic burrito deal £26.50. 2 small burritos, 1 person serving of nachos and 2 bottles of flavoured soda.

Over priced very small portions asked for no peppers and got lots of green peppers in my food £41 for 2 small burritos and 1 portion of tacos with very basic nachos would not recommend

First time trying plan burrito, after reading some fantastic reviews we werent sure what to expect. Delivery was on time which was great, however food was cold unfortunately, and not worth what you pay! Nachos tasted nice however for the price the portion size is ridiculous. Confirmed we are not burrito fans.

Waited 2 hours for food that wasnt even good and didnt give me things i paid for. And have refused to refund me. Avoid this place. Overpriced garbage to say the least

Diabolical tbh. This has nothing to do with the delivery drivers, they were absolutely fab. We first got our order delivered, it was someone elses order completely.. I phoned the shop only to be hung up on 52 seconds later being told that the delivery driver would come back and give us the correct order. The driver came back to swap the order, when we got this order, the order was missing 2/3 items.. the driver called the restaurant while I was there where the restaurant then asked if the driver could deliver the other orders before coming back to the shop to get my correct order. After the delivery driver refused and said she would be coming back to the shop right away I assumed that our order would be rectified. Another 45 minutes go by before the food turns up, lukewarm and not great. Currently waiting to hear back from Scoffable regarding a refund. Will not be ordering again.

Cold and tasteless. Half the fillings in the Burritos were missing. Very disappointed considering the price.

Ridiculous price for hardly any food, burrito bowl was inedible and hardly any chicken in it, taco portion was smaller than a childs portion, chicken burrito tasted off paid £70 total waste of money what a con never again
