Will never use this takeaway again after using them for so long.FOUR hours for a half sized munchie box!!! Ordered at 17:20 and advised delivery would be 18:30.Numerous calls later which went ignored and the phone being disconnected which was also confirmed by scoffable after raising a complaint with them. Food was then delivered at 21:25 but at which point we had already paid another £25 at another takeaway so not to fade away with starvation. Absolutely horrendous service from RedCap who need to be taken off Scoffables list of vendors. A bit disappointed in scoffable too who offered a discount on next orders when just eat do not hesitate to issue refunds immediately in situations like this!

over 1 hour late had to go and pick or would still be waiting and then order was not complete food not great

Ordered online around 5.30pm food was not delivered until 8.20pm they put the phone off so so phone line was just saying busy. The food was hot and it was nice it was not an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait for a deliver.

I ordered at 5.30pm and at 10.00pm....still waiting. No communication from the restaurant, called multiple times and couldn't get through. Will not be ordering again! Thankfully, Scoffable are giving me a full refund.
