Didnt get the order. Placed at 19:01 and made this review at 22:17. Finally got through on phone at 21:34 but still no use. Waste of money and time! Placed order else where and received in 20 mins.

2 hrs 40mins for food to arrive.wouldnt answer phone so i could check.terrible service

3 hours since ordering and still waiting for food, tried calling for over an hour and calls keep ringing out then disconnecting

Chips were a bit average today, its hot and miss if you get good ones. Prawn crackers werent crispy, bit chewy. Otherwise decent.

I've used redcap for many years, has been my favourite Chinese takeaway offering value for money, tasty food and fantastic service.I guess they have changed hands as there are differences in the food quality that i have noticed.Chix chow mein noodles are no longer thin beautiful cooked strands but thick spaghetti style noodles.Absolutely no prawn crackers included in the happy meal.The reputation redcap has built up over the years is sadly in decline, understandable given the economic situation takeaways find themselves in these days, corners need to be cut.Now i know which corners, time to find another chinese to call my regular.

The sweet and sour chicken was stringy & grisly, one small piece of pineapple, this will be the last time I use Redcap
