2 hours for a delivery!!!

Excellent tonight!

2 hr wait for our food. Cold food on delivery Will not be buying again

Once again order wrong , had no thighs although they phoned and agreed wed swap for wings , paid for extra caramelised onions on burger , which wasnt added and paid for extra cheese on chips which wasnt added either . Foods good out here but Ive lost my patience with order accuracy

Food was good and hot on arrival, however burger was missing one patty, normally wouldnt mind so much but thats a few times now my order has been slightly wrong and becoming irritated with it .

all food was cold.

Waited over two hours to receive the delivery finally arrived 1hour and 10mins later than it should have been. Food was okay all be a little cold and chicken was a little rubbery and hard to chew.

The chicken was very dry and tough to eat, the chips were the only saving grace, the chicken wings were so tough to eat, it was actually a challenge to get the chicken off the bone, possibly just caught them on an off day

I wasnt impressed this time with the chicken in the wrap and burger. It was so hard I couldnt bite into it. All went to ease and went In the bin. My partner enjoyed the pizza and chips and cheese. I however have requested a refund for my chicken wrap and burger.

Food always arrives freshly made & hot, and they have very courteous drivers. I wish Romi's had the option of letting you add sauce x2 to some things as we like a LOT of the honey chipotle sauce on our tenders. Unfortunately, it is the one dip that isn't listed under the dip menu to add more. Their burgers are great! Had pizza once and it was ok. This is my favourite takeaway!
