Firstly, my order was incorrect. The burger that I ordered was missing, and instead I received mozzarella sticks that I did not order.Secondly, the Salt & Chilli Chicken Loaded Fries arrived completely cold. They were not fit to eat and had to be discarded.Most concerning of all, the honeycomb milkshake arrived with dirt and polystyrene fragments all over the outside of the cup. Due to the condition it arrived in, I did not feel it was safe to drink and it was also discarded.I attempted to contact the restaurant immediately using the telephone number printed on the receipt, but repeatedly received a message stating that I had dialled an incorrect number. This left me with no way of resolving the issue directly with the restaurant.

The sweet chilli wrap came with just chicken in the wrap no salad like I asked for. There was one little bit of lettuce that defo wasnt fresh as it was all brown. No sauce in the wrap at all (states its a sweet chilli wrap) it was dry. Chips were all hard and not edible I think these were covered in cheese to disguise that the chips was bad. The hoagie came without salad and sauce also. And I paid for 2 sauces separate and didnt get them. All this food went in the bin waste of money. Definitely wont be ordering again. Im awaiting a refund.

When ordering a wrap with salad, I expect a wrap with meat and salad inside, not everything stuffed into a container like for some pig. Learn how to make a normal wrap with meat and fresh vegetables. I'd rather pay less than have so much meat stuffed into a container like for a pig. Is it that much of a problem? Put good meat with fresh vegetables and sauce and wrap it in a wrap.

Just about 2 hours wait for delivery.

Once again order wrong , had no thighs although they phoned and agreed wed swap for wings , paid for extra caramelised onions on burger , which wasnt added and paid for extra cheese on chips which wasnt added either . Foods good out here but Ive lost my patience with order accuracy

Waited over two hours to receive the delivery finally arrived 1hour and 10mins later than it should have been. Food was okay all be a little cold and chicken was a little rubbery and hard to chew.

The chicken was very dry and tough to eat, the chips were the only saving grace, the chicken wings were so tough to eat, it was actually a challenge to get the chicken off the bone, possibly just caught them on an off day

I wasnt impressed this time with the chicken in the wrap and burger. It was so hard I couldnt bite into it. All went to ease and went In the bin. My partner enjoyed the pizza and chips and cheese. I however have requested a refund for my chicken wrap and burger.

Chicken thigh was too tough to eat and the burger had gristle in it. Wont be back

My food hadnt arrived after an hour and a half after ordering it I then called the shop to be told it was out for delivery (its a 5 minute drive) it still hadnt arrived after a further 15 minutes so I called the shop to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was declined a refund thankfully Scoffable refunded me out of theyre own money but I will not be using Romis again after such poor customer service

Ordered a pizza tonight and it was really badly let down by having hardly any sauce on it .

Burger was okay although nachos & fries where overcooked, paid for cheese on the chips which was basically non existent, mozzarella sticks where ok

So i ordered a cheeburger meal for my little sister she eat it all but she now having stomach cramps after eating it and said that the salad didnt taste fresh at all
