My food hadnt arrived after an hour and a half after ordering it I then called the shop to be told it was out for delivery (its a 5 minute drive) it still hadnt arrived after a further 15 minutes so I called the shop to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was declined a refund thankfully Scoffable refunded me out of theyre own money but I will not be using Romis again after such poor customer service

Always freshly made food! Arrives on time with extremely courteous drivers. I do miss your onion bajis/veg pakora! Would like the option of adding and paying for extra sauce to chicken tenders. Romi's never disappoints.

Orders always arrive quickly and delivery drivers are very courteous. I miss your onion baji's that you previously offered as "vegetable pakora." PLEASE BRING THEM BACK! They were delicious and unlike any others!!
