Normally amazing Chinese but had to throw out two dishes as they were inedible, cold and congealed.

My order took an hour and a half to come and when it did, it was wrong. I was missing a can of Irn Bru and instead had an extra portion of rice that I didnt want.

Shredded duck was full of griddle and cartilage. We called up to complain but they said thats how they now prepare it. Inedible. No offer of refund. Been going for years but will chose another Chinese from now on.

The chicken balls were overcooked, dry and crispy and the chicken curry was swimming with oil. (I took photos) We've been customers of Royal Dynasty for 14 years and have already stopped ordering certain items as they just aren't as good as they used to be but it's now reached the stage that we'll probably start using somewhere else. Such a shame.

Chips under cooked meal overall was warm normally really good still think they need to pop the chips in a foil tray rather than a box still

My Shredded Crispy Beef was like slim, it was not crispy in any way☹. The Thia Curry was also tasteless.. Im most disappointed

Ordered quite a big order last night. Waited well over and hour. When it arrived it was luke warm. Ordered a mixed meat curry which was disgusting and was binned. Really disappointed been ordering from Royal Dynasty for a long time!

Wasn't upto normal standards chips under cooked lacking flavour again chips delivered in box rather than foil tray

Poor meal last night normally hot and tasty but just warm and no more chips again could be alot better put in foil try rather than a box to go soggy

Delivery time too slow and ended up collecting having paid delivery charge . Standard of food has been dropping and pretty tasteless with beef being chewy and bit tough . We have used Royal Dynasty since it first opened so disappointing experience

It took about 2.5 hours to arrive, we had to call a few times and the food was pretty average.

Havent a Chinese meal for a very long time and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the beef was very chewy and huge chunks of it. Was very disappointed.

Food was inedible, cold chicken was slimy and a spongy like it had been reheated, complained to Scoffable and they wanted to replace at 9pm but with kids it was already too late and resorted to Pizza. Money wasted and food in the bin, they refused to refund.

Disappointed with order tonight. Ordered 2 noodles and 2 egg fried rice but delivered 4 egg fried rice with no explanation. Only discovered when we put the food on the table. Food took long time to come and was lacking in flavour.

Never got free prawn crackers after spending 24 pounds

Took 1hr and 20 mins to deliver and prawns were chewy and batter soggy

Spring rolls were just total batter no filling. Horrible.
