Food was nice but website wouldnt allow to choose fried rice so put a note on the order but obviously wasnt read as we received boiled rice.. so disappointing was looking forward to my meal with it.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Food was cold. Put specifics in box to remove certain foods for allergies. Didnt remove them. Waste of money and time. Will not use again.

Great takeaway

The chicken curry was great but the prawn crackers let it down, this is the second time I've ordered prawn crackers from Rubys and both times, all i got was a bag of crumbs. I honestly was only able to get two decent prawn crackers from the whole bag, the rest went in the bin.

Great food, generous portions and still piping hot on arrival.

As good as it has been for all the years I have been using it. Same great service from start to finish, year in year out.Brilliant
