Price is dear quality is not great

Food had to be thrown out burnt to a crisp . How someone thought that could be edible is beyond me shame on that staff

When i first started using this takeaway it was really good., things were freshly made and enjoyed the food. Recently i have had a couple of issues, first issue was when my food was delivered, one of the foods had a long blond hair it. The second time and although its a very small issue i had ordered a pickle in the food to which i did not receive. Again it's only a small thing but when you pay for something you expect to get it. The quality of the chips have been poor, this might be due to rh lying for so long they dry up and become hard. They should keep them.for a certain time before replacing them with fresh chips. My portion was so dry i couldnt even eat them. I feel this happens alot in most chip shops and i just think they should manage the quality of the food they put out especially the price of them these days.

Chicken was ok but chipswere awful

Really bad oil used to fry this fish supper. Could smell it before I tried to eat it. Not great at all.

Missing items also delivery driver left front gate wide open

chip were under cooked and very soggy

Fritters were cold on arrival and very greesy not nice

Sent the wrong items and were very uninterested in resolving it.

never got order after phoning twice once to say be on way to phone back hour later to blame Scoffable and told be made fresh and resend to have to phone up yet again half hour later to be told because i complained and cancelled order after waiting two hours i was not getting it as i asked for refund?

Paid £3.50 for delivery. Chose asap. Email came through saying 40 mins. It arrived an hour and 10 mins later. A truer reflection would have been more helpful as 1 of the people eating had to leave before it arrived!

Not a lot of chips for a large @£5. Chips must have been cooked a while ago as they were like cardboard

Pizza crunch was really dark and overcooked, tasted really bad!Chips were very oily making them floppy and sensation was horrid. The only nice thing out of the order was the black pudding which cut in half and fried with batter. Light and not stodgey.

App said 50 minute waiting time, 2 hours later and 2 phone calls later, plus being hung up on, wont use again!!

Pizzas were apalling. Greasy, salty, cheap cheese and cardboard base. Even the kids couldnt be tempted with a vat of ketchup. Most of it went in the bin.

Food was not hot when it arrived; took over an hour to arrive not the 45 minutes; fish was soggy.

1 hour and 10minutes for delivery with email advising 45min. Third time in a month delivery has been 30-60minutes over the in email stated time. Scampi chewy.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours from point of ordering. Food was nice when it eventually came.

Order took a long time to get here, when it arrived they forgot my drink i ordered and my fritter was cold
