Ordered milk, was missing from the order

There were items missing. They didnt tell me but charged me. When I called I was to oh yeah we only had one pkt cheese & onion and one carton of orange juice left. Its a supermarket. If they had told me beforehand or added alternatives that would have been fine. Its the principle that they didnt bother and if I hadnt phoned they wouldnt bother refunding. We had to order as the household is ill. I wont shop there again.
