More than 3 hours to deliver, and after a prompt from scoffable admin

Not received my order yet. Its 6pm n i ordered at 2.40pm

3 hours I waited after being told 90 min shocking service

Ordered at 14:38, delivery was supposed to be an hour, 15:38. It is now 17:50 and no sign of delivery. When the delivery was 1 hour late I contacted Scoffable who advised me that the order was out for delivery.I could have walked to the shop and back in the time Ive waited.Same store delivered to me mid week within an hour so why not today.Wont be using again unless very desperate

Still havent received order been waiting 3 and a half hours

Told me be an 1hour 20mins for delivery i got it nearly hours later

50 mins late

2 things missing , crisps and chocolate

Been waiting over 3 hours for delivery, by hour 2 i was told order was with the driver. Still not arrived and being asked for feedback.

Wont be ordering from here again. Ordered at 11.45 wasnt delivered until 2.30 ish. Lassie on the phone was nice when I called (twice) and I get the roads may have been bad with recent snow and id have accepted that if almost every other review for this place didnt mention how delivery took ages. If you want a delivery completed within the estimate sadly this is not the place to use.

I haven't even received my items and I'm being asked for feedback.

I didnt even received the order but was still charged

part off my order was missing and when phoned up about it i got "we can't find your order, i will phone you back in 5 minutes" still waiting on someone phoning me back, had no1 phoning that the part of order could be delivered to start with and not had offer of them refunding the money for item eitherdont waste your time ordering from here, plus took over 2 hours for delivery to turn up

2.5 hour delivery(1 hr beyond estimate)4 pints milk 2 day use by?

They forgot my sausages and never refunded me for them. Couldnt get a hold of anyone on the phone.

I havent recieved my order after 3 hours of waiting and sending emails.

I have been waiting 3 hours. Promised on its way 1 hour ago. Ordered at 2.50 expected 4.30. Its now 6.pm
