1.5 hour wait on cigarettes and a bottle of juice and cigarettes didnt arrive

Fist off, was alerted delivery 1 hour 30m, got my delivery 2 hours later after a call to the store where I was told more deliveries came in after yours!! Realised my Cigarettes were missing, to be told we will check it out!! Complained to Scoffable (who reimbursed me for them) and the shop said they were sure they put them in!! Basically no investigation and straight to calling me the dishonest one!!

Where is my order ???? It's been 4 hours now

Seen scotmid co-op on scoffable which is so handy now for when you need shopping and like me my car was in garage so its great known i can get my shopping delivered same day in a hour n half.
