Fish, scampi and squid was good, but chips were not fresh. For a large order I would have expected better based on previous experience.They appeared to be the day before recooked

WAS told order was ready to collect at 6pm. I paid extra for ordering before. Arrived at 5 past to give staff more time. At 25 past WAS still waiting on food. I only got food when i complained as x2 people who walked in after me got there food quicker. They did not order anything other different i was waiting for. The excuse i given was rubbish. They blamed it on being busy and other people having pizza. This was completely untrue as i watched and saw exactly what they received. They simply forgot about me, never had the order ready for the time they said and would not advise it would be longer, apologise for delay or accept responsibility. Utter nonsense. I would recommend not to use the takeaway. Service is poor, staff are not professional, it is a mess and organised very bad.

Chips where cold am only live 2 mins away and they where stone cold had to put them in the Oven sausage was the same as if they been sitting in the food production bin for a while

Stone cold when it arrived which made the chips inedible and the batter chewy. Lesson learned. Wont order a delivery again. £4 charge to deliver cold food.outrageous! Feel utterly seen off.

Freezing cold delivery

Very greesy.Food was not ready when i requested it for they never started to make it till i arrived even thou it was prepaid for!

Took over an hour to come food was cold and the fish was awful all dried up and the batter was very strange looking and tasted awful . Will not be buying food again .

Our order was delivered within the estimated time. The food was warm but unfortunately the pepperoni was missing from the pepperoni pizza. No point calling them as we had company and wanted to eat together. Very disappointed.

I love the silveron chippy But tonight the fish was dried out and not very warm My husbands pizza was cold as well .

I waited 2 hours for my order, when i finally received it my cans of juice were on top of my chips which made the chips cold and pizza was cold too. When i phoned to ask when i would get my order i was told it would go when the delivery guy was back, i said do you know how long that would be and i got from the woman on phone i dont know. I would have cancelled if i hadnt paid it already by card. . Very disappointing

Took an hour and a half to be delivered

Ordered at 6pm to collect at 6:40pm. Arrived and order wasnt ready until almost 7pm. When I received my food it was cold which doesnt make sense when I had to wait longer for it. It seems priority was given to delivery drivers. I had to them check order and there were items missing (kids juice, cheese on chips). Salt & vinegar had been put on kids meal despite not being requested. Overload of salt on jumbo sausage. Baked potato was inedible due to it being cold.

Waited over an hour and 20mins. Had to give the kids something else to eat, food was cold when it arrived.

Food is always good. However after ordering discovered I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Waited a further 20 minutes before calling the shop who said it had now left but it was a further 20 minutes before it arrived. Two hours is too long to wait and food was just warm enough. Dissapointed and won't be ordering this way again.

Usually order every 2 weeks..however, tonight it wasnt good. Onion rings soggy compared to previous week. Very little fish in batter and very dry. 2nd time no bottle of juice. Plus the prices have gone up considerable..not worth the £30.

After gettint some of my order wrong they didnt sound happy that they had to come back out with the right order. Not only that it took them an hour to deliver the right food and it was freezing by the time it got here. Never had any bothet till tonight

Found a bit of glass while biting into haggis supper, ended up needing to go to A&E

Nothing wrong with the food, as always its good. I appreciate its an estimated time of delivery but 40minutes over is a bit too long. Glad I went for the earliest time offered.

Paid for tskeaway offer over £25 free bottle of jucie , no jucie showed up and one that did was one that was paid for !!
