I order here a lot but this was the only food Ive ever had a problem with the Doner meet tasted different and there was random things in the box

Did not enjoy food to night the meat was dried up as if it had been warmed up from the day before chips and cheese were just as bad so all in the bin .

I always leave a true reflection of the food and tonight was bad. The spiced mushrooms was a bit iffy. It was hot, runny with salad in it and the salt & pepper crispy chicken had about 6 tiny bits of hard coated chicken and chips!! In the box. It was freezing, dry and too hard to eat. No idea why chips as nothing on menu to indicate chips. Waste of money Needless to say it made file 59 the bin however my husbands curry was lovely. No idea why hot spicy mushrooms was watery and mixed in with a salad. As I said salt pepper crispy chicken was rank and no taste of salt pepper. Disappointed as dont normally receive this level of food. Hence not said it was terrible 😞

Delivery time was told to be an hour and ten minutes, when delivered was like the food had been sitting for that whole time, had to heat it up in oven and microwave, not the usual hot food weve had delivered many times

Dont know why they have changed the chips and the donner mest is like fish

As a family we always use spice cottage this order was absolutely good as usual, my son however ordered one on Sunday night has just been delivered and it is stone cold delivery took over an hour and a half without any apology from the driver.

Order for pick up and never ready on time - always need to wait an extra 10 or today 15 mins for it. Adjust your times on the apps if 20 mins is not enough time. Food was fine just the issue with timings for collection.

We ordered a mixed donner calzone last night the message said about an hour and 10 mins it was nearly 2 hours before it arrived. The garlic bread n the calzone wasnt very hot we stay in blackridge 5 mins away we are regular customers with yourselves we havent had any issues with u till now i realise it was a saturday night i phoned the shop the guy said we would get a free order/ delivery next time sorry for the long message

Calzone tasted nice at first, when i got to the middle the dough at the bottom was raw, If a take away cant cook a simple calzone properly then avoid at all costs. The donner actually tasted fine until that ruined it, chasni sauce was just a pot of tomato soup. Pakora sauce a watery mess. Chips clearly been sitting in a open box all day before being cooked not crispy or fresh. They need to turn the oven temp up and change their oil they fry the chips in. Coming from someone who used to work in a take away

Got food poisoning, the chicken was dry and pink so was the Kebab

Hour late being delivered, came 40 mins after calling the place to see what the hold up was and told would be couple of mins as was with the driver out being delivered. Freezing cold when it finally came

Half order missing ..no salad or chicken nuggets, chips half cooked and nan bread was like cardboard...have ordered here many times and this was without doubt the worst meal we've had from here😞😞😞

Received my food. Pizza was burnt Hoagie was cold and chips were cold. Food was all soggy like it has been sitting for ages. And the can of juice was so warm and thats when you know its been sitting for to long. Absolutely disgrace

Got a grill box chicken was completely raw. Today so unwell with food poisoning! Totally put me off going back and off chicken!

Received our pizza last night & it was literally black! Never had issues with this takeaway before but last night was ridiculous. The pizza was so burnt I physically couldnt eat it.

Calzone was over cooked and burnt on the bottom.

Food is always good from here and delivery is always quick, i got chicken tikka kebab with nan. Portion is always good, and prices are reasonable. Thanks to the stuff and deliver driver.🙂

Food was ok, it was barley warm when arrived as the driver went to the wrong house

Food was late and stone cold on arrival. Still tasted ok but most of it was wasted unfortunately. Never usually have a problem.

Arrived half an hour after ETA and was cold

Order took over 1 hr and 30 mins to arrive (30mins longer than it should have been). Was supposed to get a bottle of Irn Bru, it didnt arrive. Paid extra for Chicken Pakora but there was definitely not enough for 4 people even though it was in the meal for 4 deal. The food was tasty, but was just disappointed overall.
