Ordered yesterday food excellent but rice was missing from order

poor delivery about 30 mins late on a Tuesday night, food was not very warm, nan bread and pakora were soggy. By the time it took to finally receive my order and the fact I was hungry I never complained at the time the best response from me in my opinion is to not use this takeaway again, to top it off the attitude and excuses from the delivery driver who also admitted to speeding to get my order to me.You are charged for delivery and fees by scoff able and expect to receive a decent service due to this.
