Hasnt even turned up

Waited 3 hours and ended up refunding and cancelling the order. Called up after waiting for almost 2 hours and they struggled to find my order. Was told they would have someone out in a few minutes which obviously never happened.Ive used this takeaway a number of times and always found it to be decent but this will be the last

Food is good if only lukewarm! ordered at 18:09 and didnt arrive until 20:15. Not good enough. Wont be ordering from them again

Cold

So greasy and not hot warm , hardly any salad just a load of sauce..Definitely wont buy again .Actually dont know how it wasnt hot I stay five minutes from the place

The chicken itself was cold when delivered ,the salad tasted of a lot of herbs,not presented well .

Pizza was overcooked and burnt on top, cruncy

Got the order wrong and food was under cooked. Whole family not feeling well ghe next day

They offer COKE and sent PEPSI which I am allergic to so had they made clear that was their intention Id have picked a different drink. When I arrived upon opening the bag one of the cans of Pepsi exploded all over me & my kitchen & the other was so hot and sweaty it couldnt be consumed. I ordered Prawn chasni & it was Chicken that was sent.So altogether it was a very disappointing meal ( I have pictures of the juice & the chicken that should have been prawn )

Not cooked through

The naan was smaller than before yet had a higher price & the Chasni which is supposed to be creamy & sweet & sour sauce was too spicy and therefore wasted

The burgers were burnt

This takeaway is getting worse and worse over the last few months, don't know if its a change of chef or not. Curry was inedible, sauce not good.

The kebab was ridiculously sized and not worth the money

Never again. Food was disgusting was really ill 🤒 after it.

We have been using spicy cottage for a year now and always been satisfied with the food and service. However, the service i received today was poor and the chicken was not fully cooked, it still had blood spots. I hope i do not get food poisoning as i had already taken a bite before noticing. The food was suppose to be delivered in an hour, it turned up two hours later. I called twice 30mins after the estimated delivery time, but no one picked the call. I had driven to the takeaway store to ask for my food which was not an inconvenience as i only live 5mins away, when the deivery man arrived at my house. Overall not a great experience. We won't be eating from them again. The food is tasty just dont want to be poisoned.
